Story Of Dead Silence.
The film begins with newlyweds Jamie Ashen (Ryan Kwanten) and Lisa (Laura Regan) living in their apartment in Chicago. One night, Lisa opens the door to find a mysterious package containing a ventriloquist doll named Billy. The doll is accompanied by a note that reads, "Listen to the silence, see it in the dark, and it'll come for you, too."
Lisa is disturbed by the doll, but Jamie is amused and decides to perform a ventriloquist act with it. However, during the act, Billy suddenly stops working, and Lisa is brutally murdered by an unseen force.
