Be careful who you marry

Who is this lady?

This is a fictional horror tale about a doomed marriage that goes horribly wrong, it is a supernatural thriller where two lovers betray each other and meet deadly consequences.

Marriage is a serious commitment. It can be wonderful, a sacred bond between two lovers, who wish to make the vow to become life time partners forever. For many, it is a dream come true, to walk down the aisle. Like a fairytale come to life, where the prince and princess are wed and live happily ever after. For the majority of people this is very much the case, they may have ups and downs, arguments and fights, but it ultimately leads to happiness and the foundations of family life that continues the legacy of these young love birds.

Unfortunately, in some rare cases, marriage can lead to horror and misery. When two people rush into it, only to discover far too late, that they simply aren't compatible. That living together is a nightmare that none of them can escape from, this typically results in divorce. However, there is one tale where this sacred vow, took the most terrible turn. When Arthur Matthews married Sarah Gott, who unbeknownst to him, was secretly a witch. She had seduced the young man, by enchanting herself with a new beauty spell which kept her forever luscious and tender. Her eyes were hypnotic, blonde hair long and curly, with the perfect lips. No man could be happier. However, Sarah was an ancient being, who despite her seductive nature, had very little in common with the much younger and handsome British man, who was quite wealthy and privileged. Arthur was a greedy man, who was not fully satisfied with his wife's beauty alone, he longed for a woman he could truly relate too as well as being attractive. You could say he was a swallow fool, one who sought for perfection, where none existed. He soon began an affair with a much younger lady, this secret was not kept a secret for long at all. In a matter of months, Sarah discovered what he was up to and she remained silent about it. Acting like she didn't know a single thing.

For the next few months, Arthur would break out into boils, gain a tremendous amount of weight and even begin to bold. He seemed to age years, within a matter of weeks. For you see, Sarah had been subtly poisoning him since discovering his affair. She even dropped the beauty spell she had placed upon herself, so that she too began to look her natural age, which was over a thousand years old. Her smooth skin became rough and hideous, Sarah's nose grew pointy and crooked and her girlish giggle became a witch's cackle. Arthur had no idea what was happening, the affair ended the moment he became a monster and he was left with a wife who looked like a zombie.

"This is what you get for cheating, my dear!" Sarah mocked him one last time, before vanishing before his very eyes in a puff of green smoke. Arthur was left hideous and alone, the witches spell was irreversible, so he forever remained this grotesque monster she had turned him into.

The moral of the story is, don't cheat! Your partner might just ruin your life, if you aren't careful. You never truly know if the man or woman you're marrying has a dark secret, perhaps they are magical beings who only wish to live normal lives. Or maybe they have dark desires you'll never know about, until it's too late. It could be, that they may love you forever, but only if you love them back. There is no greater danger than a lover's scorn! So if you plan on getting married, or if you've already made this commitment, never, ever cheat. Because you'll never know what horrors you've unleashed, until it is too late!
