This mirror showed a reflection that wasn't my own.Sophie had always been fascinated by mirrors. As a child, she would spend hours staring at her reflection, lost in her own thoughts. But as she grew older, she began to notice something strange about one of the mirrors in her grandmother's attic.

The mirror was large and ornate, with an intricate gold frame that seemed to sparkle in the dim light. But there was something off about it - the reflection it showed wasn't quite right. It was like looking through a distorted lens, as if the mirror was showing a different reality.

Sophie couldn't resist the allure of the mirror. Every time she visited her grandmother, she would sneak up to the attic and spend hours staring into its depths. And then one day, something changed.

Sophie saw a figure in the mirror - a shadowy figure with glowing eyes and sharp claws. She tried to look away, but she was transfixed. The figure reached out of the mirror, as if trying to pull her in.

Sophie stumbled back, her heart racing. She tried to convince herself that it was just her imagination, but she couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong. And then, things started to get even stranger.

The mirror began to bleed. At first, it was just a few drops of crimson staining the frame, but soon it was a steady flow of blood pouring out of the mirror like a river. Sophie was terrified, but she couldn't look away. She was trapped, caught in the grip of a nightmare that she couldn't wake up from.

As the days passed, Sophie began to notice other changes. The world around her was starting to warp and twist, as if the alternate reality she had seen in the mirror was slowly bleeding into her own. She saw shadows moving in the corners of her vision, heard whispers in the dead of night.

Sophie tried to ignore it all, but she knew that she was losing her grip on reality. She couldn't tell what was real and what was just a figment of her imagination. She started to see the figure from the mirror everywhere she went, lurking in the shadows, watching her every move.

Sophie knew that she had to do something before it was too late. She returned to her grandmother's house and climbed up to the attic, determined to confront the mirror once and for all.

As she approached the mirror, Sophie saw that the figure was waiting for her. It was taller than she remembered, with eyes that burned like hot coals. Sophie tried to run, but the figure was too fast. It grabbed her, pulling her into the mirror.

Sophie found herself in a strange, twisted world - a world where everything was wrong. The sky was the color of blood, and the ground was covered in twisted, gnarled trees. The figure was there, waiting for her, and Sophie knew that she had to face it if she ever wanted to escape.

Sophie drew on every bit of courage she had and faced the figure. As she looked into its glowing eyes, she saw something that she hadn't noticed before - fear. The figure was just as scared as she was.

And then, everything went black. When Sophie woke up, she was back in her own world, lying on the attic floor. The mirror was shattered, and the blood was gone. Sophie knew that she had defeated the figure from the mirror, but she also knew that she would never be able to forget the horrors that she had faced.
