Khanna, a rich man, hires an assassin to kill his rival, Sohanlal. Khanna then informs Sohanlal's niece Asha over the phone about Sohanlal's death.

Asha is still screaming on the phone when another person enters Khanna's room and shoots Khanna dead.

A few days later, Asha wins a ticket for a foreign trip along with six others, Barrister Rakesh, Dharmadas, Kishan, Dr. Acharya, Madhusudan Sharma, and Kitty Kelly.

A plane carrying six winners and a crew member, Anand, is forced to make an emergency landing on an unknown island.

However, just as Anand and all the passengers get off the plane, the plane takes off and flies away.

The group then finds a mansion and enters it.

Dharmadas finds a diary which reveals that they are all connected to a crime, and they will all be killed.

Ananda finds out that Dr. Acharya has brought a bottle of poison with him, and Dharmadas has brought a dagger.

Butler's actions indicate the presence of an unknown person in the house.

Anand starts flirting with Asha while Rakesh and Kitty grow closer. Everyone suspects everyone else.

Anand and Asha find Kishan's dead body. The killer leaves a note saying that Kishan killed Sohanlal.

The group suspects Dharmadas. But he pleads innocent. Dharmadas is later found dead. Anand concludes that the culprit is among them.

It becomes clear that everyone in the house was connected to Sohanlal.

Kitty was Sohanlal's secretary. Rakesh had written Sohanlal's will on Khanna's orders. Kitty had sent the will to Rakesh on Khanna's instructions, though neither knew about the other.

Anand sees Rakesh hiding the axe. But later, Dr. Acharya arrives, shouting that Sharma has been killed with an axe.

The killer leaves another note saying that Sharma was Khanna's co-conspirator in Sohanlal's murder.

Anand accuses Rakesh of killing Sharma. Dr. Acharya catches Butler acting suspiciously

And there is a fight between them.

Kitty goes for a walk and is strangled. Rakesh and Asha search for Kitty, find her body but Anand's hat is lying next to the body.

Rakesh sees Anand and starts chasing him, but loses his way. Angered, Rakesh tries to force Asha.

She runs away but Koi stabs Rakesh twice in the back. The lights in the mansion go out, revealing that the killer has arrived and Asha is next.

The killer approaches her and she faints. He takes her to a secret room and revives her.

Sharma, the killer happens to be and tells Asha that he convinced Dr. Acharya to help him fake his death.

He then killed the doctor. Anand appears and reveals that he is a police inspector. Sharma is an escaped criminal whose real name is Madanlal.

Madanlal revealed that he, Khanna and Sohanlal were partners in smuggling.

However, after Madanlal is caught by the police, the other two betray him. Khanna then killed Sohanlal to get his share of the money.

After Madanlal was released, he killed Khanna and ensured that his targets "won" the lucky draw and would travel.

Madanlal ties up Anand and Asha and plays Russian roulette with them.

However, the butler secretly frees Anand. As Madanlal is about to shoot Asha, Anand attacks Madanlal.

In the commotion, Madanlal escapes from the mansion and runs to the beach. But a plane full of policemen arrives and Madanlal is arrested.

The "ghost" woman who sings the song turns out to be Butler's mentally ill sister. Anand, Asha, Butler and his sister board the plane and leave.
