As of November 2021, Here's The Update:

Because KINEMA CITRUS studio has made an official declaration, there are great prospects for Black Bullet season 2. Season 2 was supposed to be available to the public by July 2020, however that didn't happen.

But there's no need to be unhappy because circumstances surrounding Covid-19 may have caused a delay.

In addition, the first season was extremely profitable. It received a 6.9 IMDB rating, indicating that the show was well-liked by a larger audience.

In addition, a high IMDB rating, more demand, and a high profit motivate the production team to create fresh work.

As a result, this is another likely aspect that could lead to the start of season 2.

However, it is also unknown because there has been no announcement post in the last six months.

Black Bullet delayed because of the Pandemic,

Season 2 was supposed to premiere in July 2020, however the pandemic could be the cause for the postponement.

There is yet to be any word about the plot, trailer, or release date.

The supporters are a little dismayed because the officials are still reticent or, say, closemouthed about the release date. However, by early 2022, there is still hope that the team would produce another wonderful season (expected).

Here's Everything We Know So Far

After six years of waiting, we finally received word from Kinema/Citrus Studio that Black Bullet season 2 will be released in July 2020. However, as you may have noted, July 2020 is still a long way off, and we have yet to witness season 2.

So far, there has been no indication on whether Black Bullet season 2 would join the long list of anime series whose releases have been pushed back due to the pandemic. We can yet expect for a new season to arrive shortly.

Anime Like Black Bullet

  • Attack on Titan - The rich and powerful ruled for the good of all or the thirst for power, while the remaining humanity risked their entire race in a fight for survival or extinction. 'Black Bullet' reveals that what is nice and what is harmful depends on how you perceive it.
  • 'Shingeki no Kyojin' has a darker history, since the people have lived in dread for a long time and have had to eliminate all beings who are different from them. People's lifestyles can be described as "kill or be killed." Freedom of action is rarely granted with the greatest of ease, but it demonstrates, like 'Black Bullet,' that good and evil are simply lines established to maintain order and harmony.

'Black Bullet' highlights the prejudice between species, with infected humans cast as the villains. Children are compelled to participate in a series of life-or-death operations where the number of casualties is unimportant; what counts is that the so-called humans live to see another day

  • Guilty Crown - An contagious sickness has spread over the area. Causing people to perish or transform into monsters. The main character and his allies are the only ones who can deal with it. They need to figure out how to get rid of it. Both series have fantastic soundtracks and images. One is a mecha series, whereas the other is not. The main protagonist's voice is provided by Kaji Yuuki.
  • Hidan no Aria - - Be in charge of defending the city or removing the threat. Fight with guns, katanas, and snipers, among other weapons. Characteristics that are similar: Satomi Rentarou = Tooyama KinjiAria Kanzaki = Aihara Kanzaki Enju/Hotogi Tendou = Shirayuki Tina Sprout = Kisara Reki Shiba Miori = Mine Riko. Every anime has a fantastic action and combat sequence. Both major characters have a female partner in the form of loli pink hair ponytails. (Rentarou x Enju, Kinji x Aria)
  • Aria the Scarlet Ammo - The characters Black Bullet and Aria the Scarlet Ammo have a lot in common. Both episodes are based on the notion of a government hiring a young man and a youngster to use their incredible powers to preserve their dangerous world. The extremely gifted Kinji Tooyama pairs up with the lively Aria Holmes Kanzaki in Aria the Scarlet Ammo to clean up Japan as armed detectives.
  • No Game No Life - Anyone who enjoyed Enju Aihara's relationship with her lover Rentarou Satomi in Black Bullet would enjoy the sibling bond in No Game No Life. While both programs deviate from reality, No Game No Life takes it a step farther by establishing itself in a fictional universe where every problem, big and little, is resolved through a high-stakes game. Sora and Shiro, a brother-and-sister otaku duo, navigate this perilous world with their witty wit and charming personalities.
  • Black Bullet's Enju Aihara

Black Bullet's Enju Aihara is Black Bullet's main female heroine.

Rentaro Satomi is her partner as an Initiator. a young girl with various distinguishing characteristics, the most notable of which being her long crimson hair.

Detailed Look of Enju Aihara Appearance

Her hair is pulled back into two knee-length ponytails, emphasizing her petite frame and leaving the back of her neck uncovered. Enju's hair is tied with two enormous black tags with what appear to be rabbit patterns printed on them.

Bangs split down the middle of her forehead, each side reaching to her eyes and covering the sides of her cheeks. Enju's eyes are gentle, but they have a tiny asymmetry to them. Their irises are large red, while their pupils are small and black. Enju's mouth and nose are quite small.

Enju wears a little orange hooded sweater with orange and red square patterns on the inside. The lower ends of the front legs are folded upwards and kept in place by buttons. A short zipper with an enormous tag closes the sweater. Enju is dressed in a long white dress beneath the sweater (partially resembling a camisole).

She wears a thigh-length skirt with a huge, thick belt to keep it in place. Enju is dressed in knee-high boots with large, hefty black bottoms that she uses to crush her foes. In the manga, the uppers of the boots are black and dark purple. However, in the anime, they are black with red accents and have zippers rather than laces and straps. Furthermore, the soles in the anime are slightly different.

Story Behind Barakku Burreto or a.k.a. Black Bullet

A post-apocalyptic action anime television series based on the same-named light novel series, which fans have been raving about for quite some time.

Shiden Kanzaki wrote the light novel series, which was launched on July 10, 2011, while Saki Ukai illustrated it.

It was immediately translated into a manga series, which was first released on August 27, 2012.

After the manga translation, Black Bullet was adapted into an anime television series a few years later, and fans were overjoyed to see season 1 premiere on April 8, 2014.

Despite the fact that the first season aired nearly six years ago, supporters never gave up hope that the second season would follow suit.

    Black Bullet Blind Girl

The Blind Girl, whose real identity is unknown, is a poor, female Cursed Child whom Rentaro Satomi and Tina Sprout met at a mall while exploring the Tokyo Area in search of new team members. The Blind Girl's main piece of clothing is a ragged pink cape with two brown buttons that allow it to entirely shut around her petite torso. She's dressed in a faded purple dress with jagged ends that reaches just past her knees.

The Blind Girl has long, silver hair that reaches almost to the bottom of her legs and falls below her waist. Her forehead is obscured by irregular hair bangs, and she, like Enju Aihara, has a petite nose and mouth. The Blind Girl is blind and wears a pale, gray blindfold over her eyes, which she claims are filled with lead. She has a light skin tone generally, but her garments, like her skin, are covered in spots of grime due to her poverty.

    Black Bullet Kagetane

In Black Bullet, he is a Promoter. In the Japanese version of the anime, he is voiced by Rikiya Koyama, but in the English dub, he is voiced by Jay Hickman. Kagetane has golden eyes and wears a mask that hides much of his face. He's dressed in a red suit, red dress pants, and black dress shoes with a silk hat. Even when things don't go his way, Kagetane is proven to be a cool and calculated man. He is also highly violent, as evidenced by his murder of two police officers as they entered the room, as well as his forceful entry into the Ministry of Defense meeting room. Kagetane suffered fatal organ injuries during the Great Gastrea War.

    Black Bullet Seitenshi

Seitenshi is a stunning young woman with light skin and a petite frame. She has fine, white brows and thick, superb white eyelashes that encircle her round eyes with light irises. Her hair is kept in an untidy standard, moving to the middle of her face, covering her forehead and leaving only a few pieces exposed. Between her eyes, a clump of hair falls right on her little nose. Her neck is short, her lips are narrow, and her ears are covered beneath her white hair.

    Black Bullet Kisara Tendo

Kisara is a lovely fair-skinned young lady with violet eyes, long lashes, a somewhat round nose, and thin lips.

Her hair is jagged, straight, and dark brownish green in hue, cut in the classic Japanese princess manner. In the manga, it appears to be a little more chaotic. Her hair covers the majority of her forehead, with the sides of her cheeks and jawline still visible due to its mild disorder. She has a long, narrow neck and oval eyes that she has kept since she was a child.

    Black Bullet Rentaro

Rentaro is a teen that is enrolled in high school and is a member of Civil Security. He is a Promoter who works with Enju Aihara, an Initiator. In Black Bullet, he is the main character.

Rentaro Satomi is a petite adolescent with unkempt dark blue hair and slightly slanted eyes with blue irises. His dark blue hair reaches down past his eyes, partially covering his entire forehead and making an untidily parted set of bangs. Rentaro's hair is attached to thick sideburns that dangle loosely around his cheeks on both sides.
