I had hoped to get this all done in one story. However, due to a pestering error that kept occurring when trying to save, I had no choice but to abruptly end Part 1 and continue forth. I am hopeful that the error won't plague this story as well.

How to Know Where to Submit Your Stories

The big question is, how do I know where to submit my stories? It can be daunting for the new Vocal Creator. Actually, I've been on the platform for nearly six months and it is still daunting to me. So, as a cheat sheet for myself and a labor of love for the Vocal Community, I set out to map them all out so I could determine where best to submit my various written pieces. And so that I could see what subcategories (aka Tags) might be of interest to me to write pieces for.

So, picking up where we left off in Part 1, here we go:

How to Pull Up Subcategories (tags) by URL

I had wanted to put links on these subcategories so they were clickable and a would take you straight to all the stories published under that Community-Tag, but, technical difficulties prohibited me from saving the Part 1 story when I started adding links. So, I haven't done it in this Part 2 either. HOWEVER, I will share with you how you can pull up the tags if you are a bit tech savvy.

To pull up all the stories submitted under a Community Tag:

Click on any community you wish to search in by one of the tags shown on the subcategories shown above in this Part 2, or from Part 1 - please note that letter case is important.

You MUST use the same case that Vocal has used in their subcategory listing. So, when you see my subcategory lists sometimes appearing as Upper Case and sometimes as Lower Case, that is because that is exactly how they appear on Vocal. And to get them pulled up, you have to use Vocal's spelling.

The basic formula is the first / after vocal.media is the Community name. The slash after the community name must say the word tag to indicate that you are searching for stories by a specific tag. The slash after the word tag, is the actual tag you are searching for. IF the subcategory has more than one word, you MUST stitch the words together with a dash as shown in the sample above.
