Two New Regulars Confirmed for Once Upon a Time Season 5
Sean Maguire and Rebecca Mader are staying on for the upcoming 5th season of ABC's hit show 'Once Upon a Time.'
Fans can in turn both rejoice and despair with Sean Maguire and Rebecca Mader being asked to stay on as series regulars for the upcoming 5th season of ABC's hit show Once Upon a Time.
When we last saw their two characters, Robin was ashamed of having gotten Zelena knocked up, thinking that she was his wife since she had cast a spell to look like her. Zelena was trying to make her half-sister miserable and take away her happy ending.
Many fans were hoping that perhaps the storyline was just a trick, so that it couldn't get in the way of Robin and Regina having their happy ending together,but with Rebecca becoming a series regular it looks like Zelena and her baby aren't going anywhere. At least with Sean staying on there is a chance of a happy ending, though I guess it will make the show more realistic with even crazier family dynamics and baby drama.
Looks like wicked DOES always win.

Book Review: "The Social Distance Between Us" by Darren McGarvey
Another review, another great work of nonfiction that I am reading to meet my nonfiction goals this year. 2024 has undoubtedly been a great year for nonfiction books and has featured many that I have actually enjoyed reading (some a little bit more than fiction as well). This particular book focuses on how inequality in Britain is becoming worse in terms of class divides. The name might suggest it is mainly about the pandemic, but this is not the case.

Reaching Out
I promise her. I'd do anything for her. She's my mom. Even as Lanie and Deanna are flying home, Mom is scrappy fighting dying. She lays too still in that too-big bed with all the toasty white hospital blankets, in the south tower, at the broad end of a long slow-turning corner that delivers me again to her private room with the view she can't see through, with the beeping that tells us nothing new, and all these ice chips she can't swallow, and a flood of well-intentioned nurses who cannot do a damned thing all the same.
