Is Christmas your favorite holiday? Do you feel like the current conditions of the world with the pandemic has ruined any bit of holiday spirit you would of had? If your like millions of others you know that Christmas is the holiday that you look forward to year after year. Whether it´s the coming together of family, gift giving, taking a vacation or visiting friends this is the one time that is as special as they come.

This year what we all had in mind has been stripped away since March 2020. Many things didn´t go as planned such as celebrations including graduation parties, birthdays, Summer events and The Holidays. This was due to the many restrictions put in place worldwide but specifically in the United States.

Many people seem to feel like they do better when their in good spirits and the one thing that will definitely raise your spirits is laughter. This is why many people have turned to Youtube to tune into what is known as vlogmas.

What is vlogmas?

Vlogmas first began in December 2011. It is when a youtuber uploads videos otherwise known as vlogs for twenty five straight days in anticipation for Christmas day. They sometimes even include a Christmas/Hoilday intro at the beginning of their video that´s specific for the vlogmas videos. It can be anywhere from 10 secomd to one minute long. They record Christmas related footage, everyday life/shopping/decorating,gift giving, holidays challenges (cooking, games etc).

Some may call it Vlogmas and other Vlogcember but ither way we are going to enjoy the rest of 2020 while bringing some good ole wholesome joy into our life...

Hereś a few of my favorites compiled down below and I hope you enjoy it as much as i do. Don´t worry i know there may not be much going on in life right now and letś face it cable well... sucks so I´m here to deliver everyone from boredom.

Royal Family

This is a favorite channel by many of the incredibly humble artist Queen Naija from Detroit and Clarence is from New York. They started this channel on April 4th 2017 with her boyfrind ClarenyceNycTv (another Youtuber) and has been vlogging on youtube for over 5 years. Between them they have a few channels. They have two adorable sons Cj And Legend and currently live in Atlanta. She has a new album entitle Missunderstood that is simply amazing. Many of her subbies came from her previous channel she had with her ex husband whom she married at age 19. He was abusive and controlling so many relate to her story and they want to see her win. This relationship is the happiest she´s ever been thanks to Clarence being the amazing man that he is.

This couple is so underrated. They started their channel on October 1, 2017. They shared their love story on how they met on their channel. They live right in a condo in Los Angeles, California overlooking the Staples center. When they began dating they lived in the same building on different floors. I found that to be cute yet hilarious. They don´t have any children but they recently got engaged this past September and it was truly spectacular the way Slim aka Corey pulled out all the stops. He flew all her friends and family to surprise her and put them in a hotel the night before. I´m sure Jasmine felt like a real life Princess. They post their everyday life of Slim treating her extra special as he does so effortlessly. Its funny because he was dating someone before they met and he didn´t want marriage or children but when he met Jasmine she changed something in him that we are all seeing unfold right before our eyes.

This is the most interesting couple channel. They met on a television show called Big Brother Canada three years ago. Ika is from Jamaica and Dem is Greek. They live in a condo in Toronto. Ika has two children while Dem has none. Their channel shows a variety of content and they stay true to their cultures and teach the audience a few things along the way. They have vlogs that consist of cooking, challenges, traveling, pranks and relationship advice.

This channel is a special treat for those who love to laugh. Maya And Marekeis are married with four children, Milan, Melanie, Mj and Imani. They have some of the most original pranks and challenges as they like to go outside the box and they always bring the entertainment. She has the cutest accent from New Orleans and you can guarantee to bust you gut from laughing at her infamous one liners. They also vlog everday life and also talk about relationship topics, parenthood experiences, and vlogged their at home birthing journey which reached almost 1 million views in six months.

This channel is the lovely entertaining couple known as Daina and Ahmet from London. They´ve been on Youtube since November 8, 2013. They have two dogs named Sky and Sonny. They simply vlog their life and do challenges rather than pranks. Daina is an artist who also has a solo channel where she uploads her music videos.

The video I chose for them is one that I absolutely love. Its when they got engaged. It made me subscribe immediately.

He had four permanent missing teeth and didn´t get them fixed til he after they dated a while. He flew to meet in person last year and stayed for 3 months. When he left she came back with him and brought her daughter Ily Rose. She ended up stuck in Cali after her six months due to the Pandemic and her stay was extended. Her time soon was coming to an end and she had to go back home. So Tweezy propsed and they got married the next day and she was able to stay. Shortly after they found out she was pregnant and they moved to Tweezyś hometown of Atlanta to be near his family to have support for her pregnancy. Things weren´t going well for medical reasons so Vaya moved back to Paris. Soon after Tweezy moved in about two months so he can be there for the birth of his first child. They both have separate main channels. Vaya is so comedic and came up with their channel name. M(aking) I(t) L(ook) E.Z. (Easy), the famous Tweezy line and miles for the miles that were between them.

Their personality is everything. Though they faced harsh criticisms for their sexuality growing up in Jamaica so they moved to New York 13 years ago or so. They recently moved to Atlanta last week and are geared and ready to crank out the ever so entertaining vlogmas vlogs. They can cook up a dish and have your mouth watering and do epic mukbangs all while vlogging their everyday life. They also vlog a segment on sundays called In di Kitchen with Baddie Twins.

Senia also has a channel where she is also doing vlogmas called Senia Marie. They are great to watch as they share their journey being signed to a label and putting out music as well as being humble and sharing their success with their family. Unlike other youtubers who buy fancy houses and expensive cars, they move their family in with them to share the wealth.
