There’s nothing he can’t or won’t do! Welcome to Watchmojo.com and today we’ll be counting down the top 10 Jackie Chan moments.

Kicking off our list is Chan’s adventure flick in which a cult kidnaps Jackie’s girlfriend, demanding that he recover the titular artifact. Instead of allowing them to gain its power, he instead mounts a rescue, teasing their leader in the process. Of course, this prompts a hilarious and grueling confrontation with four female assassins out to bust his balls. Fortunately, Chan discovers their weaknesses in the nick of time!

In this buddy cop comedy, Chan plays a Chinese inspector forced to work with Chris Tucker, allowing for hilarious culture shock moments, such as a memorable rendition of “War.” However, it’s Chan’s solo fight at a museum that is the most memorable. Here, he attempts to save priceless relics while fending off terrorists. Chan gives it his all, but unfortunately, he can’t stop bullets…

The fourth installment of his popular police franchise, Chan is out to stop an arms dealer that’s framed him for murder. Along the way, he gets caught up in a fight with a gang of thugs while sporting some snazzy yellow overalls. Dangerous with any object, no matter how ridiculous, Chan fights them off with a ladder! This allows him to demonstrate how well he can handle something so large with such gusto!

#7 - Teaching Himself to Fight “Snake In Eagle’s Shadow” (1978)

An early Chan flick, here he plays an orphan wishing to become a martial arts master. Along the way, he proves himself a prodigy by deciphering instructions left on the walls and floors by his Snake style instructor. This spacey montage preceded Chan’s final epiphany, where he learns to fight like a cat. This amounts to a hilariously unforgettable martial arts confrontation filled with screeching and scratching!

With Chan directing as well as personally coordinating the stunts for this flick, he plays a country boy who ends up leading a gang by happenstance! When the opposing gang tries to take him out, his is forced to prove himself in unarmed combat at a rope factory! This led to a wild and unforgettable battle packed with, among other things, insane choreography, rope swinging, rope-jumping, and some very creative use of his surroundings to his advantage!

The ol’ spy with amnesia set up, this film puts Chan on the run. Trapped on a tall building, he decides to escape via its slanted glass slope. A 21 floor drop on a 45-degree angle, it’s been billed as one of the world’s most dangerous stunts, taking Chan two weeks just to build up the nerve! Jeeze, what does it cost to insure this guy?

Playing a TV Chef who inadvertently gets caught up with an Italian street gang, Chan is once again forced to rescue his girlfriend. Tracking them to a construction site, he battles the thugs in a maze of blue doors, before almost getting shredded by circular saws! In full Jackie Chan style, he uses a wide variety of unconventional objects to defend himself. Topping it all off, he’s eventually thrown off the building in a wheelbarrow!

Another flick, another quest to rescue a chick! This plot leads Chan to get caught in this grueling confrontation. Fighting American kick boxer Benny The Jet Urquidez, this is the fight that stands out for being the most realistic and highly praised fight of Chan’s career. Of course, tickling is par for the course for Jackie, as well as showing mercy to an apparently brain damaged foe… before kneeing him out of a window!

In this period piece, Chan plays a cop out to stop pirates. This eventually leads him to end up fighting in a clock tower. When gunfire forces him out on to the roof, he ends up dangling 60 feet up. Dropping, only two canopies stood in his way from hitting the floor full force. Unhappy with the shots during filming, Chan shot the stunt three times, hurting his neck in the process! You can actually see it because they kept the shot in the film, as well as the redo.

Taking the top spot on our list is Chan’s iconic flick in which his fighting ability is proportional to the amount of booze he’s consumed! As such he’s regularly being tossed bottles mid combat and drunkenly antagonizing his opponents. Some badly timed sobriety leads him to get beat up in a steel mill, and thrown onto hot coals. Only by drinking pure alcohol does Chan gain the upper hand! Without a doubt, this is definitely the most hilariously memorable Jackie Chan moment of them all…
