This is the second list of guest stars who guest starred on The Proud Family (the original Proud Family, not the reboot)

10. Lil Romeo aka Romeo as Himself Episode "A Hero for Halloween"

If you were born in the 90s or 00s, you would recognize a young rapper other than Lil Bow Wow named "Lil Romeo". Rapper Lil Romeo guest stars in the Halloween episode as a performer for the Wizard Kelly's Fright-tacular, Y'all! even though Penny wasn't too jolly about Halloween until she tried her dad's Proud Scary Snax that turns her into a superhero with superpowers. At the Fright-tacular, Lil Romeo performs his song "Throw Em Up" . The performance was brief until the Gross Sisters shut the show down and stole all of the Halloween goodies. Super Penny stops the Gross Sisters defeats them returns everybody's goodies at the event.

9. Lisa Raye McCoy as The Choreographer “The Proud Family Movie”

In the Proud Family Movie, which was pretty much like the finale for the Proud Family, Penny turns 16 and wants to get a chance to audition for 15 Cent's music video but her dad Oscar refuses to let her. Penny sneaks out of her house to go to the audition. The choreographer (played by Lisa Raye Mccoy) takes control of the audition and dismisses those who can't dance including Zoey, Penny's friend. She is pretty much a Debbie Allen wannabe.

8. Omarion as 15 Cent The Proud Family Movie

Grammy Award R&B singer Omarion voiced young rapper and Sticky Webb's cousin 15 Cent. In the film 15 said has a thing for Penny and they kiss in the car which pissed off Oscar proud. And, yes, that was Omarion's voice rapping "Blowing Up the Spot"''.

Fun Fact: This isn't the first Kyla Pratt (who voiced Penny Proud) and Omarion worked together. They worked with each other on Fat Albert.

7. Roscoe Lee Browne as Clarence Episode "Wedding Bell Blues"

Stage and Screen actor Roscoe Lee Browne guest stars Suga Mama's new boyfriend Clarence. When Oscar meets Clarence, he isn't fond of Clarence and he believes he is a broke down gigolo after Suga Mama's money. On the day of their wedding day, his son Maxwell Carrington shows up to their wedding to reveal to Suga Mama that Clarence is indeed rich and he has dementia. Sadly, Suga Mama had no choice but to let Clarence go. Thankfully, Maxwell paid off the wedding.

Mo'Nique as Boonnetta, Solange Knowles as Chanel, David Alan Grier as Reuben, Wendy Raquel Robinson as Leslie, Sheryl Lee Ralph as Diana, Jamal Mixon as Ray Ray Junior, Cicely Tyson as Mrs. Maureen Parker, Robert Guillaume as Dr. Parker and Anthony Anderson as Ray Ray Episode "Behind Family Lines"

Honestly, this was one of the best episodes filled with an incredible all-star cast. This is about a Family feud between Oscar's and Trudy's families. On Trudy's side (played by Robert Guillaume, Cicely Tyson, David Alan Grier, Wendy Raquel Robinson, and Sheryl Lee Ralph), they are the classy elegant type while Oscar's family (played by Mo'Nique and Anthony Anderson) are the ratchet classless type. In the"Behind Family Lines" episode, they are all invited to Bebe and Cece's baptism until things between them get out of control. Until Penny and her cousins Chanel and Ray Ray Junior (played by Solange and Jamal Mixon) stop them from fighting.

5. Tisha Campbell as Rene Episode "There's Something About Rene"

Trudy hires a nanny to help out the house while she goes to the vet convention until Rene (played by Tisha Campbell) walks into the family home pretty much replacing Trudy.

4. Shia LaBeouf as Johnny McBride Episode "I Love Penny Proud"

Penny and her friends noticed the "I Love Penny Proud" graffiti all over town until they found handicapped Johnny (played by Shia LaBeouf) who was the one behind expressing his graffiti love for Penny. He asks Penny out and Penny agrees to be Johnny's girlfriend until he ends up being a huge jerk to her and her family.

3. Big Boy as Himself Episodes "Hip Hop Helicopter" "A Star is Scorned" & The Proud Family Movie

Radio Host “Big Boy” has appeared in two episodes of The Proud Family as the host of Hip Hop Helicopter a tween show where Penny and her friends perform on the show twice and his voice can be heard in the film as well.

2. Smokey Robinson as Himself Episode "Wedding Bell Blues"

When Suga Mama gets married to Clarence, Smokey Robinson is hired to sing at Suga Mama's wedding. His song "More Love" appears on the episode as Slim Suga Mama walks down the aisle.

Vanessa Williams as Debra/Thingy Episode "Ain't Nothing Like the Real Thingy, Baby"

Vannessa Williams portrays Debra, a friend of Oscar and Thingy also whom Penny believes Oscar is having an affair with her. However, it wasn't the case she was the reason why Oscar and Trudy got together before Penny was born.

Lee Thompson Young and Sicily Johnson as Teen Bebe and Cece Episode "Tweens to Teens"

In this episode, it involves Al Roker again this time transforming Bebe and Cece into teenage Bebe and Cece so that Penny doesn't have to be responsible for babysitting them until it backfires making them more popular than Penny.

Fun Fact: Sicily and Kyla both starred in One on One.

1. Aresino Hall as Dr. Craver, Clone and Bobby Proud “The Proud Family Movie”

Lastly, in The Proud Family movie, Comedian Aresino Hall voiced the evil Dr. Craver plotting an evil plan to take over the world. When Dr. Craver notices Oscar's formula at the presentation, he plans to take the Prouds including Penny who was on punishment for kissing 15 cent in his car on vacation to Legume Island. But it turns out the real Dr. Craver was a good guy also voiced by him and was in hiding while the evil Dr. Craver brought the whole family to the island just to get close to the formula. Hall also voiced the role of Bobby Proud for the film replacing Cedric the Entertainer but no one could tell if it was Hall was voicing him.
