Top 10 Avengers: Infinity War Trailer Fan Moments!

The Avengers: Infinity War trailer came out this past Wednesday and it was meet with a thunderous reception. It has already set the record for most views in a trailers first 24 hours. Marvel movie fans had been waiting impatiently since the for the trailer since the first footage was released at D23 over the summer. They were treated with more then they could have ever expected. The two minute plus clip was riddled with amazing moments that made fans excited but I'm am going to do the impossible task of ranking the top ten moments that made fans go crazy.

10. Illuminati?

The Illuminati is a group in the Marvel Comics universe that is comprised of the greatest minds in the universe. Tony Stark, Stephan Strange, T'challa, and even Black Bolt from the Inhumans all belong to this elite group. While not all of the members can be used by Marvel Studios, they may begin to form a sudo group in their cinematic universe. This picture may give a quick peak about what the future of the group could look like in the MCU. Stark, Banner, and Strange are the greatest minds the Earth has seen and could form a formidable group that moves important pieces behind the scenes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

9. Superior Iron Spider

Spider-Man: Homecoming was the rechristening of the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. He finally was brought back home to Marvel Studios and gets to play in the same playground as Captain America and Iron Man. He used his first solo outing, and his brief but amazing appearance in Civil War, to give you the Spider-Man that is true to the comics and is one of the most beloved characters in comics. Now we see in the trailer that he will get to don the Iron Spider suit that was teased at the end of Homecoming. He will need this Stark upgrade to go toe to toe with the Mad Titan, Thanos.

8. Loki stole the Tesseract!

What else would you expect form the God of Mischief? We saw the slight tease while Loki was in Odin's vault as he looked at the Tesseract and then the mid credits scene that showed Thanos' ship finding the remaining Asgardians. Now in the trailer we saw that in fact Loki did take the Tesseract and that is the reason why Thanos finds them. What we don't know now is Loki going to willingly join the Mad Titan or is he making a plea to stop Thanos from destroying the remnants of Asgard?

7. Thor building something?

A scene in the trailer that got a lot of fans talking is the brief shot of Thor in the middle of a giant ring. At first, this ring looks like the same device that is floating over New York earlier in the trailer but on further investigation it seems to be more of a building tool. Could Thor be building a new weapon after his trusty hammer was destroyed by Hela? We have seen in promotional material that he may carry a different weapon when he fights Thanos so perhaps this scene is illuminating the fact that he must build a new one himself.

6. Steve Rogers Returns

The Captain has returned! Well he may not be the same Captain America that we know and love, Steve Rogers is back. With a new beard and what looks to be Wakandan armored suit, Steve will be brought back in to the fold to save the Earth from Thanos. Whether he comes back as Nomad or some other alias, Steve Rogers will be the main key in standing up to the Mad Titan. This image above made fans go crazy as it is the first glimpse we get of Rogers in the trailer. Luckily for us, his upcoming fight scenes are also very prominent throughout the video.

5. Spider Sense

Finally die hard Spider-Man fans can breath a sigh of relief. One big negative a lot of comic fans had about Spider-Man: Homecoming was the fact that Peter Parker didn't seem to have his signature Spider Sense. Well they can now rest easy as this image from the trailer clearly shows young Parker's arm hair stand up. This happens right before he sees the giant ring floating above New York. It has been said by Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige that they didn't want people to think his Spider Sense came from his suit and they have now found the perfect way to bring this classic attribute to the young hero.

4. Assembling the Infinity Gauntlet

The entire mission that Thanos has had since the post credit of The Avengers is to collect all of the Infinity Stones. We have seen all of the stones except one play a role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and now we are about to embark on the war to retrieve them all. In the image, it shows that Thanos has already built is Infinity Gauntlet up by adding two of the stones to it, which are the Power Stone (the orb from Guardians) and the Space Stone (the Tesseract from Avengers). With just one of these stones Thanos could be unstoppable but with two the Avengers are going to be on their heels trying to stop him from completing the gauntlet. At some point in the film we will see Thanos with a completed Infinity Gauntlet and that is a moment that fans can not what to see.

3. The End of Vision

This is a scene that many fans have speculated would happen ever since we saw the Mind Stone bring Vision to life. Everything was moving towards Infinity War and the fact that Vision had an Infinity Stone naturally put his life in danger. Thanos is on a mission to capture all six stones and destroying Vision was a factor in accomplishing his plan. In the image, it looks like a member of Thanos' Black Order is trying to take the stone from Vision's head and it looks like one of the newer Avengers won't be making it out of the fight.

2. Battle for Wakanda

A great amount of the trailer shows what the title implies and that is a war. More importantly, it seems like the main warzone will take place in the outskirts of Wakanda. Why is this African nation under siege from the Mad Titan and could the final infinity stone be hiding in the sacred city? Whatever the case, the image showing the rag-tag mash up of Avengers leading the Wakandan army into battle is a sight that brought so much joy to fans of the Marvel Universe.

1. Death of the Avengers!

Could this image above be what fans of the MCU have been dreading for years? Could the vision that Scarlet Witch gave Tony in Age of Ultron be taking shape? This picture gives Marvel fans far more questions then answers, so it is fitting that it is the one of the first shots of the trailer. Tony Stark may finally come face to face with his greatest fear of being the reason why the Avengers fall to Thanos. Every Marvel fan is holding their breath in anticipation for the events of Infinity War and this image proves that they are for good reason.

The Avengers: Infinity War trailer is finally upon us and if you are like me you are still watching it over again. There were so many amazing moments and scenes that gave fans a glimpse of the spectacle this film will be. I attempted to narrow it down to ten but there were so many more details to go over. As fans around the world continue to watch the trailer, more speculation of the plot will find it's way online. One thing is for sure is the fact that May 4 cannot get here fast enough.
