There Were No Calls For Auditions

Already one of the most surprising things to learn about season 8 of Big Brother is that auditions for the show have already concluded. How is this possible, you ask? In previous years, there used to be open calls for auditions, and even before the show began, we used to see the pandemonium that occurred at the audition centers. This year however, that is completely different. There were no publicly held auditions for this season of Big Brother and according to an insider at The Nation newspaper, "housemates of season eight are said to have concluded auditioning."

The House Will Be Completely Different

This is not that surprising as every year, the Big Brother house always looks totally different. This year will be no different. According to insiders, "the house will be taking a totally different look from the past houses." How "totally different" it would be is something we would all have to see together, but as of right now, it seems that the crew is planning to do something like we've never seen before.

There Will Be No Regular Housemates

Certainly the most surprising bit of information about the new season of Big Brother is that according to inside sources at The Nation, "the 2023 edition of the reality show will not be having regular housemates." How will this work? What does that mean? How will that even be able to be possible? I don't know and I guess that is why we will have to tune in when it starts to see.

One thing that seems very apparent though is that this season is gearing up to be nothing at all like the previous seasons. How do you feel about that? Are you excited? Are you nervous? Let me know your thoughts by leaving a comment either below or on my Jide Okonjo Facebook post.
