Walmart Unveils Health Center in Georgia

It’s an exclusive tonight on a Wednesday for the original Objective Hater. Mr. Torain talks first about a Walmart health center which opened up in Georgia. Next, he flips to the other topic about the word being used by actress Gina Rodriguez. Again, the show incorporates three stories with the Cuba Gooding Jr. mess.

Troi Torain christens Ronnie “Hard Core” Ronnie as she checks into the show. They discuss the health care center which provides fitness, nutritional information, and other healthy choices for an active lifestyle. Star wonders if Amazon is a prime competitor for Walmart’s healthcare ambitions. Ronnie says that Amazon would have to build outposts to keep up with the retail goliath. She goes on to state that over 140 million people visit Walmart every week. Star wants to know where Ronnie stands on the Gina Rodriguez n-word story. Ronnie says that “she doesn’t care” about Gina and had never heard of the actress before the story broke. To cancel the young woman would be ridiculous to both Ronnie and Mr. Torain.

The call lines open. The topic shifts back to Walmart where Star states that he would go to Walmart for surgery. Star asks the caller if he gets offended at people who hurl Asian slurs at or around him. The caller responds by saying that he uses slurs as jokes amongst other “minorities.” Mr. Torain wants to know if Gina can be forgiven and if JLo has ever apologized for the “I’m Real” bomb that she drops in that song from almost two decades ago.

Older generations gave many passes to people, Star points out here. He then asks if the officer caller tolerates the usage of Hispanic slurs. As a policeman, he’s been called many things from many people. Officer Lumpy retorts that his “beautiful black wife” never uses the word. A fourth story creeps through the digital crevices as Star asks Officer Lumpy whether former cop Dean was in the right. The officer responds that he thinks that Dean was just a terrible cop.

There is a whole list of terms that correspond to various peoples, Star outlines. Mr. Torain, who usually doesn’t employ hypotheticals, asks the caller if his nonexistent daughter encountered the word from a white woman would he take offense. Caller essentially dismisses the theoretical scenario. A change in topics reverts back to the Walmart health care center that the caller supports. A caller from New Jersey calls in making Star and Ronnie a trifecta of New Jerseyans. Caller says some people use it in “uncomfortable” situations. Mr. Torain says that the Latin people of America “speak Spanish” but are in fact Hispanic. The caller evaporates from the line.

Ronnie breaks down the low prices in medical supplies and care offered at the Walmart health center. Caller chimes in with rhetoric regarding the word. Star asks the caller to tread lightly with the word. Mr. Torain says that he “does not own YouTube,” and that when callers talk on white shows they’re on their best behavior. Again, the talk slides towards the Walmart issue. The caller possesses a relatively extensive amount of insight

from being in the healthcare business. The Hater traveled to Dallas, Georgia to the Walmart. Mr. Torain goes hard on the Super Chats and Cash Apps before Ronnie speaks from the letter Gina issued, verbatim. Dana with the Smoke checks into the show in all her splendor.

Dana gets a little sloppy confusing actresses Michelle Rodriguez and Gina Rodriguez. Dana says that she’s an avid Target shopper, but will be first in line for care from Walmart. Dana signs off on the Gina fallout and apologizes for the false data. Mr. Torain says that he doesn’t know what he would do if someone disrespected his future child. Mr. Tee on the donation has some humorous bits to offer for his dollars.

Tina talks about the fact that “some words need to be protected” including a word. Star says there’s a difference than New York and New Jersey. He relates a yarn about arriving in New York and how when he first started on the radio in 2000, the word prompts Star to look at the word negatively. Star’s been told to “let it go.” He shows how rapper Cardi B calls black women that word. He ponders if this is okay. The Millennials, to Mr. Torain, are “checking people.” Nate from Fort Worth delivers the goods on the Guyger case. He says that he “still had to see what would happen.” Mr. Torain pushes the delete button from this session on Nate. Star must constantly remind callers to “keep it cute or put it on mute.” YouTube’s algorithms are not playing around and Star wants to ensure that his show is seen and monetized. He says that he does “not own YouTube.” Mr. Torain offers some advice. Cash Apper Dapper Dunlaps asks whether Latinos should be able to use the word. Mr. Torain used a Hispanic epithet towards Fat Joe and asked him if it were a life or death situation and the killer was looking for the word, Fat Joe would point to himself.

Jason brings his ideas to the fore. Mr. Torain says that you have to “diffuse” situations in this new day. Business over bull, Star promotes Jennifer’s cake products. Caller says that working in the healthcare system has provided him with enough know-how to say that the Walmart health care services may be a bit shady. Ronnie address the fact the she was playing about Walmart having open heart surgery available. Why? A private company that will provide health services would be beneficial to all involved. Heart surgery included.

Mr. Torain explains that every culture has different ways of becoming inebriated together. Star says that he doesn’t do Skype for copyright infringement concerns. Leroy the Decoy states that the Walmart health center will provide a place for people to drop off loved ones rather than at nursing homes. The show ends with a sign-off by Star and a much needed break from the multiple stories that the Hater handles in this broadcast.
