The Tempest.
One of the many things about the greatest writer of all time, William Shakespeare, is that he wrote for all people, and, as such, all people can be intertwined into his plays. In fact, many of Shakespeare's plays, even prior to the "woke" culture that we currently live in, had inter-racial casting.

The Struggles of Youth: A Journey of Love, Violence, and Missed Opportunities in "And Their Children After Them"
Emerging talent Paul Kircher, known for his captivating performances in Christophe Honoré’s Winter Boy and Thomas Cailley’s The Animal Kingdom, steps into the role of Anthony, an awkward 14-year-old introvert. From the moment we meet him, donning a leather motorcycle jacket despite the sweltering heat, it's clear that Anthony is trying to project a cool exterior. His misguided attempts to impress his cousin and appear more mature are signaled early when he casually flicks a cigarette into a lake, muttering that the water is too filthy for a swim. This minor act foreshadows his inability to truly fit in, a recurring theme throughout the story.

How is freedom of speech being threatened?
1.Government Authoritarian governments whose primary aim is to stay in power want to ensure that any media coverage is favourable. In order to control the public narrative, they appoint political figures to media authorities and exercise financial and editorial control over mainstream media outlets. As reported by our member organization in our 2022 Media Freedom Act. Hungary is an egregious example of this where over 80% of the media market is controlled directly or indirectly by the Hungarian government.

Always Time For Some Looney Tunes
Bugs Bunny Warner Brothers got a gem of a rabbit when they created Bugs Bunny. He is known for his popular quote “What's up doc?” I could never figure out what doc he meant but I knew it was a clever way to ask someone what was happening. He was a healthy rabbit and was always eating fresh carrots.

Remembering Alain Delon
I'm trying to get over his death by re-watching Delon's greatest movies. I knew that he was sick and he himself was sure that he didn't have much time left in this life, but the news of his death still shocked me. It's like even when you know that people don't live forever, you hope that some will. I thought Delon would be forever.

The Lost Scrolls of 2023. Content Warning.
Some stories don't make the original cut, those become The Lost Scrolls. Here are this year's... Any chance I get, I like making double entendre jokes (You had a roll in the grass with your friend Mary Jane?), Then playing innocent-stupid (How ever did you get the grass stains out?) High up on a hill...With that kind of elevation, you probably had quite the view!

The Dark World of Madoka Magica
This piece will contain mild spoilers for the 2011 animated Japanese show Puella Magi Madoka Magica. The year was 2021, and COVID-19 was running our everyday lives. (I’m currently writing this with COVID-19 this very second in our good year 2024–how ironic is that?)
