Hello friends, Now we will explain Randeep Hooda's drama film Swatantra Veer Savarkar, which has recently been released in cinemas. In case you have not seen this film, I highly recommend you watch it; otherwise, if you don't have any problem with spoilers, then keep reading.

Swatantra Veer Savarkar Ending Explained

So the story begins with the scenes of the end of the 18th century, where a plague epidemic is spreading due to which people are dying like insects and the country is caught in the chains of slavery. Then, in a village in Maharashtra, Veer Savarkar is born, whose father's name is Damodar Savarkar, his elder brother's name is Ganesh, and his younger brother's name is Narayan Savarkar.

At that time, the British government used to torture the Indians a lot, due to which Veer Savarkar started hating the British since childhood, and he swore that he would drive out British rule from India and establish Swarajya, i.e., the rule of the Indians, for which Veer Savarkar started connecting and making people aware right from childhood.

Next, the scene is of Veer Savarkar's youth, where Ankita Lokhande is shown as Veer Savarkar's wife. After some time, Veer Savarkar decides to go to London to study law so that he can understand the tricks of the British government.

Before going to London, Veer Savarkar, or his elder brother, meets Bal Gangadhar Tilak and establishes Abhinav Bharat. And then Bal Gangadhar Tilak tells Veer Savarkar that he has many young friends living in London who are ready to die for the freedom of the country along with studying law.

Then, after reaching London, Veer Savarkar, along with those people, starts teaching the lesson of Swaraj to other Indians, about which the college administration gets wind of this, after which they expel Veer Savarkar from the college.

Even after being expelled from college, Veer Savarkar continues his studies and makes many plans with his friends against British rule.

Further, Gandhiji reaches London to meet Veer Savarkar, where from the conversation it is revealed that Gandhiji is a worshiper of non-violence while Veer Savarkar is a worshiper of violence, due to which arguments happen between them.

And further, Veer Savarkar and his comrades try to give a big blow to the British, and one of them, Madan Lal Dhingra, shoots and kills a senior British officer, William Valley, and unfortunately, he is caught, due to which the British government gives him a death sentence.

Veer Savarkar becomes very sad after hearing the news of Madan Lal Dhingra's death because Madan Lal Dhingra was very close to him.

Further, the British Government does not stop, and during the investigation, they come to know that there are Indians somewhere in Britain who are plotting to destroy the British Government, and the British Government starts searching for them, but Veer Savarkar would have surrendered before this.

After a lot of investigation, it is found out that Veer Savarkar can prove to be very dangerous for them; hence, instead of keeping him in Britain, they send him to India illegally and sentence him to Kala Pani.

During the punishment of Kala Pani, Veer Savarkar is given unbearable pain, but during this punishment, Veer Savarkar writes many books, after reading which, enthusiasm and passion for the country are generated in the youth of India, and they become well acquainted with the condition and plight of many revolutionaries like Veer Savarkar.

Now the people of India are harassing the British government, due to which the British government released Veer Savarkar from jail with some conditions after serving fifteen years of his sentence.

After being released, one day Bhagat Singh comes to meet Veer Savarkar, who tells him that he also has the same passion and enthusiasm for the country as Veer Savarkar has.

And further, Bhagat Singh Ji says that, like Madan Lal Dhingra, I too have shot and killed an English officer, John Saunders, after hearing which Veer Savarkar gets greatly influenced by Bhagat Singh Ji.

In the next scene, it is revealed that during the rebellion against the British, great revolutionaries like Bhagat Singh, Chandrashekhar Azad, Sukhdev, and Shivaram Rajguru sacrificed their lives, hearing which Veer Savarkar's heart melts.

On the other hand, it is shown that after the end of the First World War, an atmosphere of unrest has spread throughout the entire country because people are expecting the Second World War, after which, after a few years, Veer Savarkar is freed from all kinds of conditions. After which, Veer Savarkar forms the Hindu Mahasabha and also becomes its president.

Apart from the Hindu Mahasabha, Muhammad Ali Jinnah's Muslim League, Mahatma Gandhi's Congress, and Jawaharlal Nehru's Congress were also formed at the same time.

Next, the Second World War begins, for which the British need Indians to win, for which the British, while meeting with the presidents of all three parties, put a condition that if they all together make us win the Second World War, then we will in return leave British India and go away from here.

After which, the presidents of the three parties meet together in a meeting in which Veer Savarkar puts forth his point and says, What is the guarantee that the British will leave after winning the Second World War? He says further that we should only pretend to live with the British so that Indians can get training from them and rebel against them when the time is right.

But Mahatma Gandhi disagrees with Veer Savarkar, due to which Veer Savarkar decides to go with Gandhiji's decision, but Subhash Chandra Bose, or Doctor Ambedkar, is in favor of Veer Savarkar, and Gandhiji gets very angry about this.

As well, it is revealed that Subhash Chandra Bose also has an army named Azad Hind Fauj, which includes lakhs of youth.

In the next scene, Subhash Chandra Bose is on a trip to Japan, where his ship crashes on the way, and he dies there. Due to this, the people of his army get frightened, and along with him, the Indians who are fighting on the British side also get furious and start a rebellion against the British.

Seeing such a fierce rebellion of Indians, the British accepted defeat. And for the purpose of fighting, they divide India; after this, the command of the country is in the hands of Congress, i.e., Gandhi Ji, who makes Nehru Ji the Prime Minister.

After partition, a fight breaks out between India and Pakistan, due to which India stops funding Rs 55 crore to Pakistan after partition, but Gandhi Ji supports Pakistan and goes on a fast to get the amount to Pakistan. After which, many revolutionaries, including Veer Savarkar's Hindu Mahasabha, get very angry.

And Nathuram Godse, a member of the Hindi Mahasabha, decides that he will kill the root cause of this trouble, i.e., Mohammad Ali Jinnah, but by then Jinnah has reached Pakistan, after which Nathuram Godse gets angry and kills Gandhiji because he considers him responsible for all this.

Congress puts the entire blame for Gandhiji's death on Hindu Mahasabha because Congress was afraid that in the future Veer Savarkar could defeat Congress and gain power, and Veer Savarkar is put in jail for life, and his Hindu Mahasabha is also canceled outright.

After a few years, Veer Savarkar dies in jail, and this is where the movie ends.

Conclusion

So, as I have mentioned in the title, Swatantra Veer Savarkar is an Oscar-winning movie, and there is no doubt about it. With the dedication with which Randeep Hooda has portrayed the role of Veer Savarkar, I gave him a standing ovation from my side. This was the best performance of Randeep Hooda's entire career, and in a way, he had completely embodied the form of Veer Savarkar Ji.

This movie describes everything from the young age of Veer Savarkar Ji till his last moments, how Veer Savarkar Ji was tortured so much, how he started uniting people since childhood, and how he hated the British since childhood.

Overall, I enjoyed watching this movie in the theater, and my money was not wasted.

What's more, this movie also showcases the events of the partition of India and Pakistan. What happened after the partition? This movie is a treat to watch for those who have a high interest in political and religious matters.

The old era has been created very well; it felt like I was living in that time.

Overall, it is a must-watch for viewers interested in matters like politics, religion, and history.
