Favorite This Summer Season: Victoria of Many Faces

My sister and I absolutely loved the show. It wasn’t what either of us expected, and it ended up being a charming and heartwarming show. I was sad that it only had 9 episodes this season, but I am excited to learn that there will be another season.
Schedule For Reviews
Reviews will come out for these in an article or note format at the beginning of October. I did watch Please Excuse My Younger Brothers, but it has 24 episodes. I will review it towards the end of fall.
New Shows For Fall Season
Since summer is ending, I decided to look up what is being released in the fall. There seems to be a good crop of shows airing, but 8 stood out to me above the rest:

Apothecary Diaries Season 3: Maomao has left the palace and has returned to her old life as an apothecary in the pleasure district.
Why I’m Watching: I am invested in seeing what happens since Maomao is now returning to her original life. I am also curious to see if she will ever interact with Jinshi again.
Release Date: October 2
Platform: Crunchyroll
The Seven Knights of the Marronnier Kingdom: Seven brothers are dispatched to seven different nations. They will face different trials and tribulations. However, they all have the same goal: to rescue a princess in a savvy way.
Why I’m Watching: It sounds like a cute premise, and I am curious if all the brothers find their princess.
Release Date: October 3
Platform: Prime Video
Uncle's Obsession with Cute Things: A middle-aged man tries to hide from his co-workers that he likes cute things.
Why I’m Watching: I love cute things, and men who are vulnerable in expressing their love of cute things. It sounds like this will be sweet and fun.
Release Date: October 4
Platform: Crunchyroll
So What's Wrong with Getting Reborn as a Goblin?: An office worker is reincarnated into a goblin (a species that only lives seven days). He is determined to live past the normal lifespan and become the greatest goblin ever.
Why I’m Watching: I am curious to see how goblins are portrayed in this. Normally, they are villains that the hero or adventurers fight. I am all for seeing another side of this type of character.
Release Date: October 5
Platform: Crunchyroll

The World's Strongest Witch: A girl finds out her magic skill of “Internet” is more powerful than anyone realized.
Why I’m Watching: I think it will be hilarious to follow how someone from the magical world tries to figure out the intricacies of the internet. I expect a lot of hijinks.
Release Date: October 7
Platform: None have been announced yet
Firefly Wedding: In desperation, a noblewoman proposes marriage to an assassin.
Why I’m Watching: I am always up for a good opposites attract story.
Release Date: October 9
Platform: Crunchyroll
Full Clearing Another World under a Goddess with Zero Believers: A gamer finds himself in another world with terrible skills and stats. However, a run-in with a goddess may turn his life around.
Why I’m Watching: The interaction between gods and humans has always been fascinating to me, whether it is the petty gods of Greek mythology or shows like Kusunoki’s Garden of Gods that show respect between humans and gods. I am curious to see what type of relationship between god and man this series will display.
Release Date: October 11
Platform: Crunchyroll
The Cold Sato-san is Only Sweet to Me: A boy realizes that the ice queen at his school is much more than she appears to be.
Why I’m Watching: It is always interesting when a show demonstrates how we shouldn’t make judgments based on our first interactions with others. We can only learn about people by getting to know them better, and that takes time and patience.
No official streaming date or platform has been announced, but it is expected to come out sometime in October 2026
Top Pick For Fall: Apothecary Diaries

It is one of my favorite anime of all time, and I constantly recommend it. Maomao is a very strong female protagonist. She knows how to utilize information based on the people she is talking to and has excellent analytical skills that help to solve major conflicts in the inner palace. We have gotten glimpses of her life before she was kidnapped. It will be interesting to see how her life is now when she is allowed to go back to her ordinary life
That is all that I have for today. In two weeks, I will start back with my regular in-depth reviews. Since my birthday is next week, I have something a little different in mind for next Thursday. I hope you guys like what I come up with.
