He made his debut as Manik Malhotra in Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan, an Indian teen drama which aired on Channel V India. He recently played Anurag Basu in Kasautii Zindagii Kay on Star Plus. He started his acting profession with the show Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan (2011).

On 23 July 2016, he came as a guest speaker for "WaterAid India" at World Water Week held in Stockholm, Sweden.

In the wake of the huge success of his "Malayalam" thriller "Iyo Roytam Ravonyaami", he has been approached by a few Malayalam producers for a sequel to the movie. He is also being considered for a few other Malayalam movies that have recently been completed.
