Netflix has added another Korean romantic drama to its 2026 lineup, and this time the story mixes romance with amnesia, comedy, emotional drama and a touch of crime-thriller tension. Our Sticky Love premiered on Netflix on August 7, 2026, starring Jung Hae-in, Ha Young and Heo Sung-tae. Netflix also lists Hindi audio for the series in India.

If you regularly watch Korean romance dramas, some parts of the series may feel familiar. However, its charming lead pair, emotional moments and crime-related storyline give it enough energy to remain entertaining.

Here is my spoiler-light review of Our Sticky Love.

What Is Our Sticky Love About?

The story primarily revolves around Go Eun-sae, an ambitious prosecutor, and Jang Tae-ha, a boxing coach with connections to a dangerous criminal world.

Eun-sae suddenly wakes up after a serious incident and discovers that she has lost her memory. She cannot properly remember who she is or what happened to her.

Then Jang Tae-ha appears at the hospital and makes an unexpected claim: he is her boyfriend.

Of course, things are nowhere near as simple as they initially appear.

Netflix describes Eun-sae as a prosecutor suffering from amnesia who ends up living with Tae-ha after he claims to be her boyfriend. Their strange arrangement gradually develops into a romantic relationship while secrets from the past and threats from the criminal underworld begin closing in around them.

That fake-boyfriend setup becomes the foundation of the show.

As Eun-sae spends more time with Tae-ha, the relationship between them slowly changes. What starts with suspicion and confusion gradually develops into trust, emotional attachment and romance.

But the biggest question remains: what happens when Eun-sae finally remembers the truth?

Will she still feel the same way about Tae-ha?

And can their relationship survive everything he has hidden from her?

Those questions provide much of the series’ emotional and dramatic tension.

Romance Meets Crime and Suspense

At its heart, Our Sticky Love is definitely a Korean romantic comedy-drama, but the makers have added a darker criminal storyline around it.

Netflix itself promoted the series as a combination of romantic comedy and noir-style suspense, with crime boss Baek Sang-gil, played by Heo Sung-tae, creating a dangerous threat around the central couple.

This combination helps the series because a straightforward amnesia-and-fake-boyfriend romance could easily become predictable.

The crime angle adds action, danger and occasional suspense between the lighter romantic sequences.

Still, viewers should not expect an extremely dark crime thriller. Romance remains the main attraction.

Is the Story Unique?

This is where I have mixed feelings.

I enjoyed Our Sticky Love, especially because I had not watched this type of Korean romance for a while. The chemistry, emotional scenes and gradually developing relationship give the show a pleasant feel.

But if you regularly watch Korean romantic dramas, you may recognize several familiar ingredients.

Memory loss.

A fake relationship.

Two completely different personalities living together.

Hidden secrets.

Danger surrounding one of the leads.

And eventually, genuine feelings developing from a relationship that initially wasn't real.

None of these ideas are particularly new.

That does not automatically make the show bad, but you should keep your expectations realistic. Our Sticky Love works better as comfortable romantic entertainment than as something revolutionary.

Jung Hae-in and Ha Young’s Chemistry Works

One of the strongest elements of the series is its lead pairing.

Jung Hae-in plays Jang Tae-ha, while Ha Young plays Go Eun-sae. Their characters begin the story from a very strange position because Eun-sae has no memory while Tae-ha knows far more than he is willing to reveal.

That creates plenty of opportunities for awkward comedy, arguments, emotional conversations and romantic moments.

Their performances make even some predictable scenes enjoyable.

Heo Sung-tae also provides a much more threatening presence as crime boss Baek Sang-gil, helping the darker side of the story feel more convincing.

Pacing and Production Quality

The series consists of 12 episodes, with episodes running around the one-hour mark. SBS Entertainment News also reported that the Netflix series has 12 episodes in total.

The pacing is decent overall.

There are slower stretches, particularly when the series concentrates heavily on romance and everyday interactions, but if you already enjoy Korean romantic dramas, those scenes probably will not bother you.

The production quality is another positive.

Locations, cinematography and overall presentation give the series the polished look you would expect from a major Netflix K-drama.

How Is the Hindi Dub?

For Indian viewers, one of the biggest advantages is that Our Sticky Love is available with Hindi audio on Netflix.

The Hindi dubbing works well enough to enjoy the story without constantly relying on subtitles.

So if you specifically search for new Korean dramas in Hindi dubbed on Netflix, this is definitely one you can add to your watchlist.

Content Warning

The series contains romantic and kissing scenes along with some violence and crime-related sequences.

It is therefore worth considering who you are watching it with, especially if you normally prefer completely family-friendly Korean dramas.

Final Verdict: Should You Watch Our Sticky Love?

Overall, Our Sticky Love is an enjoyable but familiar Korean romantic drama.

Its biggest strengths are the chemistry between the lead actors, good production quality, emotional moments and the mixture of romance with crime-related suspense.

Its biggest weakness is originality.

If you have already watched dozens of Korean romantic dramas involving fake relationships, memory loss and hidden identities, you may feel like you have seen parts of this story before.

But if you enjoy sweet K-drama romance and want something that combines love, comedy, emotion and a little action-thriller tension, Our Sticky Love is worth trying on Netflix.

My Rating: 3.1/5

It may not reinvent the Korean romance genre, but it delivers enough romance, emotions and entertainment to keep genre fans watching.
