One Piece Netflix Season 2 Update

One Piece, the series I just watched on Netflix, somewhere I felt that while watching One Piece, the peace of my life would not end, that is, such a long series, man.

How is this series? Let's talk further.

This show, which came on Netflix, is a live-action adaptation of a manga series named One Piece, which comes in the fiction, fantasy, and adventure drama genres.

If you have not seen any kind of manga series or anime before, then this live-action adaptation has been made especially for you.

I mean, if you are a hard-core anime or manga lover, then perhaps you will not like this show, and if you sit to compare, you will see many shortcomings.

But if we look at it from the perspective of a fresh TV series and do not compare it by taking out the point of view of adaptation, then yes, it is a one-time watch.

One Piece Netflix Review

So this is the story of Monkey D. Luffy, who sets out to find Gold D. Roger's treasure, i.e., One Piece.

While Gold D. Roger is being sentenced to death, he talks about the treasure in public and where he has hidden it. Not only Luffy but many other people are looking for One Piece.

In search of this treasure, some other people join Luffy, and the adventure begins.

Now this story seems to be as adventurous as it is, but keep in mind that this is a fictional fantasy story, so there are some such elements in this live-action series that it becomes difficult to believe, even for which there is no explanation available.

I mean, if a person falls from the tenth floor in an animated series, nothing will happen to him, but in live action, if you are showing the same stuff with a human character, then you will have to keep your brain aside.

This whole series lasts for eight hours because each of the eight episodes is almost an hour long. Now, it depends on whether you binge-watch it or not.

But I felt that it would be better to watch each episode leisurely, taking a break, because it would be a bit difficult for a non-anime lover to digest so much non-realistic adventure.

In every episode, a different character comes to the fore, and we are also introduced to the power of some characters, which looks cool and feels exaggerated as well, but overall, it will be fun to watch.

I fell in love with the buggy character, who is a little wired, but the powers he has to separate body parts are no doubt funny; even the Hindi dubbing of the entire cast is very good, and the dialogues are also quite comic.

I also liked the presentation of this series very well—the cinematography, visuals, camera work, costume designs, CGI, etc.

This entire series is presented very well to the audience from a live-action point of view.

What I particularly enjoyed was how they matched the One Piece logo with the setting of each episode. It's a small detail, but it adds a lot of charm. Every time you tune in, you'll notice a new One Piece logo that perfectly fits the environment of that episode.

By the way, let me tell you that the story is not over yet; season 2 of this series will also come, and the entire series is family-friendly, so if you watch it comfortably with Mom and Dad, there is no problem.

One Piece Season 2 Update

So what is the update regarding season 2 of One Piece? Where has the shooting work reached? When will it finally be released?

One Piece came out with such a live adaptation for Netflix that it has overcome the long-standing myth that the live adaptation of any good anime is always bad.

One Piece has done a wonderful job of overcoming that thing.

The way it was produced and the way it represented Netflix globally, there is hype for it.

After such an amazing response from the audience, Netflix had given the green light to Part 2, i.e., it had been renewed, and currently this show is in pre-production and all the work in pre-production is in its last stages, according to sources.

And it is being told that its shooting will start in June 2024, which will vary around 7 to 8 months.

All the people who have read its manga and all the people who have read its anime know at what level the production of this show is and what kind of VFX is used.

So it's going to take a lot of time in the VFX department, so let's talk about when audiences can get to see One Piece Season 2.

Right now, the makers are talking about its release date or release time; it is going to be the last quarter of 2025. Now, whether the work will be completed by that time or not remains to be seen.

However, it is not possible that audiences will see One Piece Part 2 before the end of 2025.

There are more chances that we audiences will get to see the second part of One Piece in the first quarter of 2026, so you can assume that you will get to see part number 2 in December of 2025 or the first quarter of 2026.

Part 2 of the series is getting a lot of hype, especially after how awesome Part 1 was. People who know the manga or anime are super excited because they know how cool the story gets.

I don't need to tell you.
