Lukkhe Ending Explained: What Happens to MC Badnaam, OG, Lucky and Sanober?
Prime Video’s Lukkhe ends with revenge, betrayal, a brutal showdown and one major mystery surrounding MC Badnaam and the Demon drug formula.

Spoiler Warning: This article contains major spoilers for Lukkhe Season 1, including the final episode and ending.
Lukkhe is a dark crime drama where music, drugs, friendship, love and revenge collide in the streets of Chandigarh. At the center of the story is Lucky, a talented hockey player whose life changes after one terrible night involving his best friend Aman and a synthetic drug known as Demon.
What begins as Lucky’s attempt to rebuild his life soon pulls him into the dangerous world of rapper MC Badnaam, Inspector Gurbani and Badnaam’s deadly rival OG.
But what exactly happens in the Lukkhe ending? And does MC Badnaam finally get his revenge?
How Lucky Becomes Part of MC Badnaam’s World
Lucky’s problems begin after a car accident that kills his best friend Aman. Demon is found in Lucky’s system, and after dealing with the consequences, he is sent to a rehabilitation center.
There he meets Sanober, another recovering addict who becomes his healing partner. Their friendship gradually turns romantic.
The real twist comes when Lucky discovers that Sanober’s brother is none other than MC Badnaam, a rising rapper whose real name is Nihal.
Badnaam is not just a musician. Behind his public image, he and his close associates are involved in producing and distributing Demon.
Inspector Gurbani is determined to stop the drug network. Knowing Lucky can get close to Badnaam through Sanober, she pressures him into becoming a police informant.
Lucky is now trapped between two worlds.
Why Does MC Badnaam Hate OG?
Badnaam’s hatred for OG is deeply personal.
OG is a successful rival rapper, but his history with Badnaam goes much further than music. Sanober reveals that during a traumatic encounter with OG, he tried to assault her. Sanober fought back and seriously injured his eye.
The incident left her emotionally devastated and contributed to the addiction problems that eventually sent her to rehab.
For Badnaam, destroying OG therefore becomes more than professional competition. It becomes an obsession with revenge.
The tragedy is that while Badnaam believes he is protecting his family, his Demon business is destroying other lives.
Lucky Is Exposed as the Police Informant
Lucky initially starts believing that Badnaam and his friends may not be as evil as Gurbani claims.
That changes when he witnesses Badnaam’s violent side.
He eventually discovers where Demon is being produced and secretly sends information to Gurbani. When the operation is moved to Nimmo Bhabhi’s territory, Lucky even records evidence of the drug production.
But information keeps leaking, and Badnaam’s gang realizes someone close to them must be working with the police.
Eventually, Lucky tells Sanober the truth himself.
He admits that he is Gurbani’s informant and says he is doing it partly to protect Sanober and stop Demon from destroying more lives.
Sanober feels betrayed, even though she understands why Lucky is doing it.
Paddy’s Death Changes Everything
For a brief moment, it appears Badnaam might finally walk away from crime.
After Lucky is exposed, Paddy and Sanober convince Badnaam and Jazzy that their lives have gone too far. They are surrounded by drugs, violence and death instead of the happy family they once wanted to be.
Badnaam agrees to confess to Gurbani.
But OG attacks before that can happen.
During the shooting, Paddy is killed.
Her death destroys any possibility of peace.
Instead of surrendering, Badnaam decides that he will personally finish his war with OG.
Lukkhe Ending Explained: Badnaam vs OG
Badnaam arranges a major confrontation and uses OG’s father, Mr. Walia, to force OG into meeting him.
However, another surprising moment comes when Walia turns against OG’s men. He kills the shooters surrounding his son and walks away, leaving Badnaam and OG to settle their battle themselves.
The two rivals then fight brutally.
At the same time, Sanober takes perhaps the biggest step of her own journey.
During her public performance, she reveals what OG did to her.
Instead of remaining silent about the trauma that has controlled her life, she tells the truth publicly.
It is an important moment because Sanober finally takes control of her own story rather than allowing Badnaam’s revenge to speak for her.
Does MC Badnaam Kill OG?
Yes.
Badnaam defeats OG and brings the confrontation into public view.
Rather than choosing forgiveness or allowing the justice system to deal with OG, Badnaam completes his revenge.
But the victory does not feel like a traditional happy ending.
Paddy is dead. Jazzy has been shot. Lucky and Sanober have been emotionally shattered, and Badnaam has crossed another line that may be impossible to return from.
His revenge succeeds, but almost everything he once cared about has been damaged along the way.
What Happens to MC Badnaam at the End?
This is where Lukkhe leaves its biggest unanswered question.
Badnaam makes people believe that his story has reached its end, but he is still alive.
He eventually goes to Nimmo Bhabhi, who wants something extremely valuable from him: the secret formula used to make Demon.
Badnaam had previously agreed to give her the formula in exchange for helping him reach OG.
But the series does not clearly reveal whether he actually gives it to her.
That mystery leaves the door open for the story to continue.
What Does the Ending Mean for Lucky and Sanober?
Lucky’s journey starts with guilt over Aman’s death.
By the ending, he finally visits Aman’s family and receives forgiveness. It gives him some emotional closure and allows him to stop running from his past.
His next mission becomes protecting Sanober from the criminal world surrounding her.
Sanober also changes dramatically. She begins the series struggling with addiction, anxiety and trauma, but ends it by publicly speaking about what happened to her.
Their future is uncertain, but together they represent the possibility of escaping the cycle that destroyed so many people around them.
Final Thoughts
The Lukkhe ending is ultimately about the price of revenge.
Badnaam defeats OG, but Paddy’s death proves that revenge has already taken far more from him than victory can return. Gurbani’s fight against Demon continues, while Lucky and Sanober are left trying to build something better from the wreckage.
And with Badnaam still alive and the Demon formula unresolved, the ending leaves one major question hanging:
Is Badnaam finally ready to leave the drug empire behind—or has an even bigger war only just begun?
