Scott and Liesl

Scott Baldwin and Liesl Obrecht are fast becoming fan favorites on GENERAL HOSPITAL. The older couple is heating up the screen whenever they are together and their chemistry is strong. Separately they each have strong personalities and can be pretty humorous but together they dazzle and shine and have a unique connection. Viewers have been saying they have missed seeing the duo together and desire to find out what they can become as a couple. Soon they will get their wish and love birds are going on an adventure that will quickly turn deadly.

Nina has placed a call to her aunt to alert her of the whereabouts of Peter August. Nina believes he is serious regarding his threats to harm Maxi's son James. She also does not want Faison's offspring to mess up her relationship with Mike/Sonny and knows Liesl will have no problem getting rid of the madman. Obrecht asked Scott to accompany her to a medical conference in St. Lucia and things are going to go horribly wrong. Nina and her aunt will conspire to do the wrong thing for the right reason and it will put Scott in a position where he could possibly lose his life.

Obrecht will try to lure Peter into a trap by giving him a false lead on Louise but he will turn the tables. Scott and Liesl will be kidnapped and Scott will be thrown from a plane. Spoilers indicate that he will turn up safe and sound but do not give details on the fate of Liesl. Nina's actions are causing problems for more people and she still will not consider telling Mike that she knows his true identity. Scott and Liesl's lives will be in grave danger because of how selfish and Nina is and her tunnel vision regarding this set of events.

GENERAL HOSPITAL viewers are having mixed emotions regarding Peter August showing up alive and well. Many are glad that Liz and Finn did not kill him but want the psychopath to be locked up. He gave no explanation for Nina as to where he had been and who is helping him. Perhaps it’s nurse Chloe who is presently looking out for Drew Cain. Fans of the ABC soap see Scott and Liesl as a welcome distraction from Jason and Carly whose upcoming wedding has ruffled the feathers of a majority of those who watch the show.

Spoilers tease that all of this is connected and that Hayden Barnes is right in the middle of it all. Hopefully, Obrecht will escape from her captor and at a later date, she and Scott can have some alone time. Spoilers tease that during this ordeal the couple will be at their zaniest and that fans should get a few laughs along the way. Lately, Scott has been preoccupied with Austin and his desire to obtain ELQ stock and wants him to stick it to the Quartermaines. Liesl has been focused on Britt whose heart has been broken by Jason.

Fans of the couple will be happy to see them having their own little adventure and hope the magic continues. Spoilers do not indicate where Scott and Obrecht are headed but both Ken Shriner and Kathlene Gati say they are willing to go along for the ride. Scott and Lisel are a breath of fresh air from the love triangle with Chase, Willow, and Michael which has alienated many fans. The number of GENERAL HOSPITAL viewers who desire to go along on the ride with Shriner and Gati is on the upswing so stay tuned to find out what happens next. There is no news as to what Peter's end game is but he and Obrecht will obviously have a showdown and it will be epic.
