When on Father's Day, Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye popularly known as Mr P or Peter of P-Square took to Instagram to post a picture of his family all lounging in their living room, the picture started trending on Instagram.

Fans and celebrities alike celebrated the singer for not only his taste but also for being a hard worker and a good investor.

But this house is not new. In fact, Peter Okoye bought this house a while ago and according to reports, it was a joint purchase by him, his brother Paul, and his other brother Jude.

According to Private Property Nigeria, the house is estimated to be worth about N1.5 billion naira which is equivalent to about $3.8 million.

The house is located in Banana Island, an Island in Lagos that is famous for being one of Nigeria’s most affluent neighborhoods.

The house is located in Banana Island. According to Private Property, to rent a house in Banana Island, you have to have at least N7 million ready. That is about $18,041 every year. That is a whole lot of money. This is a neighborhood for the affluent and opulent. But, if you are able to cough up the cash, you'll find yourself amidst the company of some of the biggest and most influential names in the country such as Linda Ikeji, Mike Adenuga, Aliko Dangote, and Davido.

Wow! This house truly lives up to the price. This is a very expensive house but I think it's evident why. The house is fully stocked with so many facilities and it truly is an inspiration to look at.
