The story revolves around Arjun Mehra, a legendary defense lawyer who is known as the “Ikka” of the courtroom. The person is Shaurya Gaur, the son of powerful politician Harshvardhan Gaur. Shaurya is accused of attempting to murder Soma Mittal, a woman who was found badly injured after spending a night with him. The evidence seems completely against him, and everyone believes that Shaurya is responsible.

However, Arjun has a personal reason to take this case.

His daughter Samaira is suffering from cancer and urgently needs a bone marrow stem cell transplant. Later, Arjun discovers the shocking truth that he is not Samaira’s biological father. The biological father is none other than Shaurya Gaur, Arjun’s biggest enemy.

Years ago, Shaurya and Avantika were in a relationship before she married Arjun. Although Arjun knows Shaurya’s true personality, he puts everything aside because saving his daughter becomes his only priority.

Shaurya agrees to donate his stem cells, but he demands one thing in return — Arjun must save him from prison.

Now Arjun faces the biggest moral conflict of his life. He has to fight for a man he hates because his daughter’s life depends on him.

During the trial, the prosecution presents several strong pieces of evidence against Shaurya. DNA evidence from Soma’s nails matches Shaurya, and a tea seller claims he saw Shaurya throwing Soma out of the car. Everything appears to prove Shaurya’s guilt.

But Arjun begins creating doubts.

Instead of attacking Soma’s character like most lawyers might do, Arjun questions the investigation process. He proves that some evidence was not collected properly and that the witnesses were influenced. His strategy is not to prove Shaurya innocent immediately but to create enough doubt in the minds of the court.

The biggest turning point comes when Arjun discovers that Shaurya’s wife Gauri had lied about his location on the night of the incident.

Initially, Gauri claims that Shaurya came home at 1 AM. Later, she reveals the truth — Shaurya actually came home at 4 AM. She also reveals that Shaurya used to physically abuse her regularly.

Gauri had actually helped Shaurya create an alibi. On that night, she called the police and pretended that Shaurya was attacking her at home. This fake phone call became the reason why Shaurya was believed to be at home during the crime.

Because of this evidence, the court gives Shaurya the benefit of doubt and he is released.

But Arjun knows something is wrong.

Even though he wins the case legally, he loses respect for himself because he helped a guilty man escape punishment.

The real twist comes after Shaurya’s release.

Arjun finally reveals his last move — his famous “Ikka.”

He meets Shaurya privately and explains exactly what happened that night. According to Arjun, Shaurya did attack Soma after she rejected him. During the struggle, Soma was injured by Shaurya’s car keys, causing her death.

After the incident, Shaurya panicked and tried to cover everything up. He intentionally created confusion by using different people as witnesses and manipulating evidence.

Arjun also reveals that Shaurya borrowed a phone from a poor man and called Gauri from near the crime location. Together, they planned the fake police call that created his false alibi.

The final piece of evidence comes when Arjun discovers that the man who gave Shaurya the phone was missing. After investigation, they find that Shaurya’s assistant Chatur was involved in hiding the witness.

Arjun had already informed Madhura Banerjee, the public prosecutor, about the truth. When Shaurya believes he has won forever, Madhura arrives with the police and arrests him.

In the end, Arjun saves his daughter’s life, but he also makes sure that justice finally reaches Shaurya.
