I’ve read hundreds of books from my childhood not knowing the exact figure and even thousands of the blog posts, written stories on medium, and perhaps you may be too but at least 80% of the content which we prefer to read just goes in vain. The advice, the strategies, the business model are just flown within our minds.

Books played an important part in my life in creating a website and succeeding in my career.

The more you read Books the more you become intelligent.

I’ve read about topics from business to tech and even the thriller ones which I like the most. Some books took a month to complete while some were completed within a single day. Books with great content like Rich Dad, Poor Dad took half a month while books like One Arranged Murder took a single day to get the most out of it.

Before the first chapter

Always read the reviews so you can create an interest in yourself, read acknowledgment, read more about the author, and then visit the index page. Inspect the index page then think about it do you really care what the author wants to convey, do you have an interest in reading the whole book.

Digest books to a great extent

If you’re reading and some jargon words appeared in front of your eyes, don’t ever pretend you understand it or can be ignored, use google, or even a dictionary for the meaning.

Reading fiction, thriller books don’t need a better understanding it is because we are not dealing with true events or information. We don’t have to learn anything from it, it is just for interest. In contrast to this when it comes to non-fiction or informative books it should be ideal to read the book, keeping a pen or pencil in your hand. Mark crucial information to get read it again, write the information into a different book to grasp easily in the future.

Even if you don’t have a pen and got crucial points that you want to read again fold the paper from the bottom corner.

Write down crucial points to another blank book, to get easier when you need it in the future. Create diagrams, frame points, or sufficient stuff for your reference.

Reading tons of books will not make you smart, finishing the book you start to make you smart.

It's my own routine since we have to spend at least 5 hours in it and I am so selfish that I can’t want to ruin my hours with a book from which I can’t gain anything. To be sure, It’s not about the quality of the information in the book, it is only my interest.

Go Back Through

I’m 100% sure that reading a book once is of no use. We can’t get the whole concept behind the author’s perspective. After a week or even a month, it’s crucial to read it again to remember what you have forgotten. Some books like Rich Dad Poor Dad, How to Win Friend, and Influence People require time to grasp the concept.

One simple but important point it is not vital to read a book within a day or even within an hour. It depends on our interest, we even can read a single page before sleep to calm our minds or in the morning to motivate ourselves.

An outcome always comes from doing small things consistently over a long period of time.

Well, this was some easy concept to grasp most out of a book.

The key part is going to be now.

Reading books and developing skills require time. But why we read books? The simple answer to that depends on you more specifically it should be, want to gain something from it. The majority of us want to learn from others and the best way is through reading books.

But what if we can’t implement what we learn from it?

We are reading books to implement it in our real life and the majority of us can’t do it. Think about the books which you have read and just forgot to implement them in real life. There will be many.

My main motive is that reading a book is well enough good but what if we are not implementing it in real life.

Implementing it in our life will lead to help us earn more money, achieve new levels of success, and more importantly, it will lead to a better life.

These are some life-changing habits that help you to succeed.
