STAY HOME. SAVE LIVES.

I hope you enjoy reading today's story. But before you go ahead and read the story, here are some important tips from the World Health Organization that we must all comply with in an effort to minimize the spread of the novel COVID-19. Let's do this to make sure that us and your families are as safe and healthy as can possibly be during these very uncertain times.

1. STAY home as much as you can.

2. KEEP a safe distance, at least 1m (or 3 ft).

3. WASH your hands as often as possible.

4. COVER your cough.

5. AVOID touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

Please practice all of these measures as often and as much as you can to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. I promise you, this too will pass, but until then, we must try as much as possible to keep as safe and healthy as we possibly can.

Thank you and I hope you enjoy this story.

No one could have seen this coming.

It all started off like any normal week. Nollywood actress, Adesua Etomi popular for starring in hit movies such as The Wedding Party, The Wedding Party 2, Muna, and Knocking on Heaven's Door, was posting on Twitter and Instagram as she normally does.

But the actress married to popular RnB singer, Banky W, who at the beginning of the week she'd had a little bit of a small lovers' quarrel with on Twitter when Banky W tweeted out the very controversial:

Eba (made with correct Ijebu Garri) is greater than Amala, Fufu, Semo and Pounded yam. Argue with your ancestors, please. πŸšΆπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸšΆπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸšΆπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ

to which she responded:

I WILL BLOCK YOU!!!

None of these are greater than amala. I warned him very seriously. Been tryna show him the light but...

It was all fun banter and a lot of us were of course loving the back and forth between the couple who got married in 2017.

But then, things got a little gut-wrenching when Adesua revealed that she had in fact had to go to into the hospital because of excruciating pain she had been feeling for 3 days.

The actress said:

I was in excruciating pain for about 3 days. I couldn't walk. Thought I had dislocated my hip. Landed in hospital to see an orthopedic surgeon. Had to get an xray done. No dislocation but a severe muscle sprain from working out. Mo se exercise daran. Getting better. Thank God.

Of course, a lot of friends, family, and fans were quick to wish her speedy recovery and sweet words in her replies.

Everybody but Banky of course who had to throw some fun punches in there. The RnB crooner responded:

Shebi I told you they have kuku postponed Olympics?! Lol. You will not take it easy. Just be giving somebody's son heart attack in the house (God forbid in Jesus name). Pity your husband mbok don't kill me with worry πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ˜©πŸ˜©πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ πŸšΆπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸšΆπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ

🀣🀣Gotta love these two!

Well, Adesua saw his comment and so of course she had to jab back. The actress said in response,

🀣🀣🀣🀣 why are you shouting pls?

It's good to see that at least both parties are laughing and having fun over this. Of course, we wish Adesua speedy recovery and hope that next time she can take it easy with her exercising. Truly, Olympics has been postponed, there's no need to keep practicing. 🀣
