“General Hospital” viewers ponder who will be the sacrificial lamb for Peter August

It could be Chase, Finn, Gregory, Jackie or none of them who drink the drugged coffee.

Friday’s episode of General Hospital ended with a real cliffhanger. Viewers are trying to figure out by Monday who’s life fe may be at risk. Dr. Finn, Chase, Jackie, and Gregory have been exposed to sickness or even death. As the quartet were eating together in a restaurant, Peter August was planning revenge on Anna and Valentin. Faison’s son gave a vial from lord with a clear liquid to an employer in f the restaurant. He promised him he would not have to go to prison if he gave Dr. Finn a taste of his own medicine.

As Gregory, his estranged wife his son and grandson were finishing their meal the waiter brought in 4 cups of coffee. They were placed in front of the four people seated there and viewers probably assumed that Finn would become sick or possibly OD. It’s not clear what type of drug or poison was used no the vial. Viewers know Finn is a reecovering addict so it’s not clear what Peter had in mind. What is known is that there was a twist to the plot and it’s not clear who will grimly the tainted coffee. After the waiter left, Chase decided they should play a game of Russian Roulette as they did when he was a child.

They each placed their mugs on the Lazy Susan and the detective gave it a spin. The camera panned in on Gregory first as they each raised their mugs to drink. This caused many General Hospital viewers to suspect that Finn’s dad was drinking his cup of coffee. This could be the case or may simply be a tease. Spoilers are speculating but none have reported with certainty that Gregory is actually Peter’s victim. It could be Jackie , Chase or Finn or perhaps none of them. Some type of emergency could take place and the group leaves without ever taking a drink.

Both Gregory and Jackie are relative newcomers to Port Charles at this point and Finn and Chase are well established. This is why some viewers believe that Gregory or his estranged wife might be the victim if there is one. Peter has a way of covering his tracks so whatever is in the coffee mug might be untraceable. There probably will be no way to connect the dots back to Maxie's baby daddy. The fact that Mr. August is going after Finn lets viewers know he is really unhinged. Some fans are considering that he might go after Brook Lynn next because he believes she is carrying Valentin's child.

If indeed Gregory does drink the coffee that is intended for Finn viewers are wondering what the side effects will be. Will he simply get sick or could he possibly die? Peter August is getting more out of hand and someone needs to real him in before he does more damage. Chase, Finn, Jackie, and Gregory are all trying to get along for the sake of Violet but their situation is pretty dysfunctional. Jackie slept with Finn on the night before she married his father and they all just found out that Chase is the doctor's son and not his brother.

Some General Hospital viewers believe Cyrus tampered with the DNA test result and that Gregory is really the father of Chase. It will probably be some time before all of this is sorted out but in the meantime, there will be a lot of uncertainty and drama. Fans are loving Wes Ramsey and do not want him to leave the show but it's looking like his character may end up in jail or dead. Scott, Obrecht, and others know he murdered Franco and are trying to prove it. Cyrus Renault is in the middle of it all wh9ich complicates things.

Will Anna and Valentin figure out that Henrick is behind the poisoning and can they hatch a plan to stop him before he does damage to anyone else. Could Chase and Finn lose the man they both consider a father or will one of them end up drinking the drugged coffee? Be sure to tune in Monday to General Hospital to find out who if anyone will be the victim of Peter's latest ploy.
