Full Family Reunion Coming to The Originals for Season 3!
A flashback that we've never seen before.
As I previously reported, Nathaniel Buzolic is reprising his role as Kol Mikaelson for season 3 of The Originals. While he has always been a fan favorite, other siblings will be joining him in the season premiere. Claire Holt and Casper Zafer will be returning as well, bringing the entire clan back together for a flashback.
Producer Michael Narducci stated:
[It's] a flashback that we've never seen before. We've always understood that the Mikaelson family, the brothers and sister, had to flee in the wake of Esther's death by Klaus' hands. Klaus blamed Mikael and said, 'We have to go. Our father is insane,' and for a very long time Mikael chased them. So wouldn't it be cool to see the family not long after that? What was their state of mind? What were their relationships like? How did they relate to one another knowing Mikael was out there somewhere, and they're relatively new vampires so what was their existence like? I think it might be surprising and interesting.
A little spiteful and vindictive
Casper hasn't been seen on The Originals since it began, though his character made an appearance, with another actor taking over the role when his soul was put into a new body. Claire had previously left to begin working on another project as well, so it will be good to see the family back together. We know that Finn was staked and put in a coffin not long after the family were turned into vampires, so perhaps we will finally get to see what transgression he made against Klaus that led to this.
While it may only be a scene or two, it will definitely be good to have the family all back together again. After all, this show is called The Originals.
The Originals returns to The CW for season 3 on Thursday, October 8th.

Before Sylvester the Cat, there was Sylvester the Dog
Sylvester was a Merrie Melodies canine Sylvester, the Cat, is a beloved Looney Tunes character who debuted in March 1947 in the animated short Life with Feathers. The iconic Mel Blanc once said that he enjoyed voicing Sylvester, one of his favorite characters. The cartoon short that was near and dear to Blanc's heart was Bird's Anonymous which starred the popular cat.

C2E2 2024 Review
This past weekend, Chicago's annual Entertainment and Comic Expo took place at the McCormick Place convention center. C2E2, a three-day celebration of all things geeky and fun, ran from April 26th to 28th, drawing fans from across the globe to indulge in their favorite fandoms from movies, TV, and anime. While C2E2 spanned three exciting days, my family and I were only able to attend for one day. It was my first time at C2E2, and it was also the first fan event of this scale for my 9-year-old. With so much to see and do, we couldn't cover everything or meet everyone on our list, but the experiences we did have were truly memorable and incredibly enjoyable.

The Voyeur's Incandescent Reasoning
The woman sat nonplussed, in the Waiting Room. In a sort of daze, looking straight ahead patiently. She had already had three small breakfast's that morning and a nip of sherry, this was not unusual she would typically wait until an hour after she took her anti-depressant and was her morning routine. She was merely following instructions she assured herself, shifted slightly in her seat and feeling a little heart burn thought, maybe she should skip lunch. Dom had said to have the task done this week. She was well used to his methods and desired to get this over and done with soon. She glanced at her watch, smiled weakly at the Receptionist who was there for a moment and then gone.
