Fock this

Enough is enough with meeting the Fockers and we met the parents, enough! I watched these movies because family members watched them but I never laughed once if anything it was cringe and really douchy. Ben Stiller should know better I mean his parents are the legendary comedy duo of Anne Meara and Jerry Stiller. Robert De Niro couldn’t even save this movie franchise I mean damn he committed career suicide along time ago and not even his roles in Mafia classics could save him. Legendary movie icons should have an unspoken rule that specifically says that after they make their iconic films that is if they are lucky enough to land the roles in question and that goes for Dustin Hoffman and Bette Midler who were the hippie parents of Greg Focker. Another thing is we get it their last name is a joke about the f-word still no laughter here but the sound of crickets in the distance.Watching these films if that is what you could call them I would sit and wish I was else where and doing something else other than sitting watching that just to be polite the best part of these movies was when they were over. The way this movie franchise was forced down our throats we have permission to take 2 fingers and regurgitate this out of our system. Another thing I want to address it is cruel when they kill the family pet for no other reason than a laugh, animal cruelty is not needed I mean this is satanic Hollywood where it is some type of sacrifice.

Ben Stiller has made some good films, yeah, but that’s few and far between he was good in the early 90’s classic film “Reality Bites” and that film series “Zoolander”. I have a question if his parents aren’t who they were would he have been able to be the “successful” actor he is? People are sheeple that is why this franchise still exists and another thing is that they are coming out with another one. I tried to be a “sheep” for whatever moronic reason I had and go with the flow and the status quo with the rest but I can’t do it , it ain’t possible. I usually find myself looking around and absolutely no interest in the movie I didn’t laugh once at all and I go into my brain and think of other stuff.

Sometimes I wonder if when they write it one of the writers probably says “guys we’ve done this thing to death” and then someone pulls up all of their collective bank accounts and then all of a sudden they get back to work because that is really their muse and inspiration. Now I am not saying that everything I like holds up I mean a lot of what I like I actually ask myself “why I do like this?” and or I like cheesy and lame stuff but with this franchise it’s different.

The only good thing about when people went to see the first one was that you got the chance to sit in a nicely air conditioned movie theater with comfortable seats. For a very long time E! entertainment television would play these movies and over and over again and then you turn around and at the corner of your screen would see the big e exclamation point “movies we love” if that ain’t a contradiction.

There are better and more deserving movies out there that deserve a franchise like the franchise that I am justifiably slandering in this article this is nobody elses point of view but my own.
