Isn't the Demon Slayer storyline fascinating?

I heard that the "Mugen Train Arc" will be broadcast on Japanese TV for the first time. To catch up with the recent hype, I watched the entire TV series in the past three days, and it was truly captivating. I have only seen the Tanjiro Risshi Arc and the Infinity Train Arc once, and I have never read the original story.

-Composition of the series

However, I will attempt to discuss my thoughts on the series after this recent viewing. This series follows the adventure of Tanjiro Kamado, who, together with his sister Nezuko, aims to return her to human form after she was transformed into a demon.

The storyline involves defeating numerous demons as a member of the Demon Slayer Corps. In the current trend, it is a dark fantasy work with a taste similar to that of "Attack on Titan." I had a similar impression when I watched the "Tanjiro Risshi Arc". I felt that the series pays great attention to the portrayal of the demons as villains.

The demons in the series kill ordinary people and members of the Demon Slayer Corps in a gruesome manner, using them as food for their own growth. They grow stronger by feeding on humans and are destroyed when exposed to sunlight. This depiction made me feel that it is a symbol of "unreasonableness." Human beings can face all kinds of unreasonable deaths. We are not at fault, yet we become the targets of indiscriminate violence, or our lives are cut short because we happen to be there. These are the so-called terrorist attacks from the "shadow" side of society.

The demons symbolize human misfortune that intentionally brings such unreasonableness. Furthermore, the demons on the dark side have their own backgrounds and environments, which are unreasonable to us. We, on the bright side, are always at risk of such attacks, and each person has their own value system. Tanjiro aims for coexistence with demons, Zenitsu fights while running away, and Inosuke confronts them head-on. I was struck by how it reflects human society itself. The Flame Pillar, Kyoujuro Rengoku, was the very guardian of justice, staunchly upholding the principles of our bright side of society.

-The Flame Pillar, Kyoujuro Rengoku, and the Significance of "Infinity Train" In the movie "Infinity Train Arc,"

Kyoujuro Rengoku engages in a mortal combat with Akaza, the demon of Jougen, leading to Kyoujuro's tragic demise. The intense battle and the emotional final moments are deeply moving. A pivotal scene unfolds when Akaza offers Kyoujuro the chance to become a demon and continue fighting without aging or dying. This raises profound questions about the nature of humanity and the fleetingness of life, echoed by Kyoujuro's steadfast belief in the resilience of the human spirit and the strength passed down through generations.

Kyoujuro ultimately fulfills his mother's teachings by demonstrating compassion and selflessness, even in the face of his impending death. His parting words inspire hope and convey a powerful message about the enduring nature of human existence. The film's title, "Infinite Train," encapsulates Kyoujuro's assertion of "infinite" human potential.

The train's significance as a symbol of dreams becoming reality is juxtaposed with the characters' struggle between dreams and reality, creating a thought-provoking narrative. The profound exploration of life, death, and the human spirit in "Infinity Train" sets it apart from other works in its genre. The title itself, "Infinite Train," serves as a testament to the strength and resilience of the human spirit, making it a timeless and impactful piece of storytelling. As the "Infinity Train Arc" and the subsequent "Yuukaku Arc" continue to captivate audiences, the enduring themes of resilience and belief in the face of adversity make it a significant contribution to the anime landscape.

Thank you for engaging in this anime discussion, and I hope to connect with you again in the future.
