BEST OF NETFLIX: SCI-FI SERIES

There's just something about sci-fi that I absolutely can't live without and if you're here, I hope it's because you fee the same way! So, here is my top favorite sci-fi shows on Netflix. Enjoy!

1. SUPERNATURAL

This is my top favorite show so far! If 2 insanely cool, cute, and goofy brothers sound appealing than this is definitely for you! If it doesn't than maybe wendigos, crazed angels, and a few ghosts catch your attention. I will say though that this show has 15 seasons! For some including me, that wins me over, but for other that may be a straight up NO! To each their own!

2. CHARMED

This is like the female version of Supernatural! Though this show came out long before that one so, technically, Supernatural is the male version of Charmed, lol. Picture this: 3 sister witches who find out they have powers and have to dedicate their lives to fighting a bunch of demons (including the source of all evil) all while trying to maintain their work and love life. Sound interesting? Then this is the show for you! Like I said, this show came out a while ago (1988), so the first few seasons have cheesy special fx, but I promise they get better! Plus, there is a HUGE plot twist around season 3 or 4!

3. VAMPIRE DIARIES

This one is about a teenage high school girl, Elena who falls in love with Stefan, who happens to a be a very very old vampire! At least it starts off that way and I've got to say, this one is a real tear jerker! Elena soon learns that what she once saw as her normal home town, Mystic Falls, is actually plagued with vampires, werewolves, dopplegangers, and witches!

4. THE ORIGINALS

I'll be the first to admit that spin-off usually suck! This one however, is the best this far and is a spin off from the Vampire Diaries. Remember how I mentioned that very very old vampire? Well apparently, they get much older than that! I'm talking about the very FIRST vampire ever, known as the Originals! As if vampires aren't already powerful enough, the Originals are more powerful than you'll ever imagine. This story takes place in New Orleans, in a town full of witches and other magical beings! So, if you're into Vampire Diaries, I highly recommend watching this one after!

5. ONCE UPON A TIME

Where are my Disney fans at? Okay, this one's for you! Any and every Disney fairy tale you can think of, this show has it! Once Upon a Time developed an entire story line that includes all of the Disney movies you can think of! Starting off with Snow White, all the way through to Elsa and Ana from Frozen, this show really captures the main themes of every fairy tale and they really make it work!

9. AGENTS OF SHIELD

Any Marvel fans out there? This one's for you! Agent of Shield is about an elite team who works behind the scenes and in the shadows of every disaster pictured in all of the Marvel Movies (Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, etc.). This show is really good at explaining and answering all of the unanswered questions from the movies! The best part is that you can watch it in a specific order in combination with the movies so that everything you ever questioned starts to makes sense!

So like I said, these are my favorite sci-fi shows on Netflix! I hope you enjoy watching them, I promise they won't let you down!
