Amar Vishwas Ending Explained: Who Killed Jessu Momin and Why Was Bahar Framed?
The murder of film producer Jessu Momin looks like an open-and-shut case against Bahar Chakravarty, but Amar Vishwas uncovers a far darker conspiracy involving blackmail, drugs, betrayal and multiple suspects.

Spoiler Warning: This article contains major spoilers for Amar Vishwas, including the identity of Jessu Momin’s killer and the final courtroom verdict.
A locked hotel room, a murdered film producer, a terrified young model and a gun carrying her fingerprints — at first, the murder case in Amar Vishwas appears almost impossible to defend.
But that is exactly where lawyer Amar Vishwas enters the story.
Bahar Chakravarty is found in a luxury hotel room with film producer Jessu Momin, who has been shot at close range. The door appears to have been locked from inside, the murder weapon is discovered near the body, and Bahar’s fingerprints are found on the gun.
For the police, media and prosecution, the answer seems obvious: Bahar killed Jessu.
Amar, however, notices something that everyone else ignores. Bahar does not behave like someone trying to escape forever. After fleeing the hotel, she desperately wants to meet her mother and eventually follows Amar’s advice to surrender to the police.
That small detail makes Amar question the entire murder theory.
Why Was Bahar Accused of Jessu Momin’s Murder?
The prosecution builds a strong case against Bahar.
Jessu and Bahar were apparently the only two people inside the hotel room. Jessu had been drinking and drugs were found in his system. More importantly, Bahar’s fingerprints were on the silenced pistol used in the crime.
There was also a possible motive.
Jessu had promised Bahar a major career opportunity, but their professional relationship had turned into something far more disturbing. Bahar claimed that Jessu was blackmailing her with a private video and using a contract carrying a massive financial penalty to control her.
Amar initially argues that the shooting may have happened during a confrontation or an act of self-defence. However, as more evidence appears, even that explanation begins to fall apart.
The case is no longer about proving how Bahar fired the gun.
It becomes about proving that she never fired it at all.
Sudarshan Becomes a Major Suspect
The investigation reveals another important character: Sudarshan, Bahar’s boyfriend.
Jessu possessed a private video involving Bahar and Sudarshan, giving Sudarshan a powerful reason to hate him. CCTV footage also places Sudarshan on the hotel’s first floor on the night of the murder.
Then he suddenly disappears.
For both Amar and the police, Sudarshan becomes one of the biggest suspects in the Jessu Momin murder case.
But when Sudarshan is eventually located at a rehabilitation centre, another mystery emerges. Someone is apparently trying to remove him before he can reveal what happened that night.
His damaged memory slowly provides an important clue: the person who attacked him carried a distinctive, expensive perfume.
That clue eventually points Amar toward Akbar.
The Burqa-Clad Visitor and Mudassar’s Secret
Another mysterious figure appears in the hotel CCTV footage — a person dressed in a burqa who enters the first-floor area before Jessu’s estimated time of death.
The trail leads Amar toward Fatima, her husband Mudassar and their daughter Aryan.
Aryan had also entered the modelling world and suffered after becoming involved with Jessu’s circle. Even more shockingly, the investigation suggests Jessu had a disturbing connection to Fatima years earlier and may have been Aryan’s biological father.
Fatima initially confesses to killing Jessu.
But Amar immediately notices a problem with her story.
She claims she drove the family car to the hotel, yet when her ability to drive is tested, she cannot properly operate the vehicle.
Her confession collapses.
The person in the burqa was actually Mudassar.
Mudassar admits that he confronted Jessu because of what had happened to Fatima and Aryan. He injected Jessu with a drug and left him unconscious.
However, the forensic timeline changes everything.
Mudassar left the hotel before the estimated time of the shooting.
He attacked Jessu, but he did not fire the fatal bullet.
Someone else entered the room later.
Who Really Killed Jessu Momin?
The real killer in Amar Vishwas is Akbar.
Akbar had been Jessu’s business partner, but their relationship had completely collapsed.
Jessu had allegedly manipulated and exploited several people around him, including Bahar, Achala and Aryan. He had also secretly recorded an intimate video involving Akbar and Achala and used it to blackmail Akbar.
The final breaking point came when Akbar learned that Jessu was allegedly planning to have him killed.
According to Akbar’s confession, a contract killer named Punappa informed him that Jessu had offered money for Akbar’s murder. Instead of remaining the target, Akbar turned the situation around and arranged for Jessu to be killed.
But Akbar ultimately became directly involved.
On the night of the murder, Mudassar first entered Jessu’s room and injected him before leaving. Sudarshan later arrived at the hotel after receiving information about Bahar’s location, but Akbar intercepted him and had him incapacitated.
With help from hotel employee Deva, Akbar gained access to areas protected by the hotel’s security system.
He then entered Room 111.
Jessu was still alive but badly affected by the drugs. Akbar took out the pistol, attached the silencer and shot Jessu at close range.
That solved only half of his problem.
Akbar still needed someone else to take the blame.
And Bahar was already inside the room.
Why Were Bahar’s Fingerprints on the Gun?
This is the most important twist in the Amar Vishwas ending.
Bahar was heavily drugged and barely conscious when Jessu was murdered.
After shooting Jessu, Akbar wiped his own fingerprints from the weapon. He then placed the gun in Bahar’s hands so that her fingerprints would transfer onto it.
Finally, he hid the weapon beneath the pillow.
That is why the physical evidence initially appeared so devastating.
Bahar was not the killer.
She had been turned into the perfect suspect.
The locked-room setting, her presence beside Jessu, the gun and her fingerprints were all pieces of a deliberately manufactured crime scene.
Achala’s Role Explained
Achala is not revealed as the person who fired the bullet, but she is far from completely innocent.
She knew far more about the relationships between Jessu, Bahar, Sudarshan and Akbar than she initially admitted.
She had also sent Sudarshan information about Bahar’s location at the hotel.
As Amar continues questioning her, Achala repeatedly changes parts of her story before finally revealing information that helps expose the larger conspiracy.
Her actions become another example of how almost everyone surrounding Jessu was hiding something.
Amar Vishwas Ending and Final Verdict
By the end of the case, Bahar Chakravarty is cleared of the murder charges and officially declared innocent.
Akbar’s confession reveals how Jessu was actually killed and how Bahar was framed.
Mudassar is punished for his violent attack on Jessu, while Akbar faces the consequences of carrying out the murder. Achala is also held responsible for her involvement and for concealing crucial facts.
Amar himself does not escape scrutiny. His controversial use of manipulated AI audio inside the courtroom raises questions about whether he crossed professional and ethical boundaries while trying to expose the truth.
That detail is important because Amar Vishwas does not present its hero as a completely conventional lawyer.
He is willing to take enormous risks when he believes the justice system is moving toward the wrong conclusion.
What Does the Amar Vishwas Ending Really Mean?
The murder mystery is only one layer of the story.
At its core, the series explores how public perception can become a punishment long before a court delivers its verdict.
Bahar is treated like a murderer by the media before her guilt is proven. Her personal life is turned into evidence against her character, while the powerful people responsible for manipulating others remain hidden behind money, influence and fear.
Amar’s investigation exposes something more complicated than a single killer.
Almost every major suspect had a reason to hate Jessu.
Mudassar wanted revenge for his family. Sudarshan was furious over Bahar’s exploitation. Achala carried secrets of her own. Akbar had been betrayed and blackmailed.
But motive alone was never enough.
The mystery was solved only when Amar reconstructed who had the motive, opportunity and ability to kill Jessu — and then frame Bahar for it.
That person was Akbar.
In the final emotional moment, Bahar’s mother tries to thank Amar for saving her daughter. Instead of demanding money, Amar accepts her blessing as his fee.
For a man whose own childhood was shaped by losing his mother, it completes the emotional side of the case.
Bahar finally gets her freedom, while Amar Vishwas once again proves why his greatest strength is not simply winning arguments in court.
It is refusing to accept an easy answer when the evidence tells only half the truth.
