Introduction

According to the FBI, 2,159,878 burglaries were committed in 2010, a rise of 2% compared to the 2001 figures.

Insurance companies paid $4.6 billion to the victims of lost property in 2010 which obviously means we are paying this money to the insurance companies with more expensive insurance policies compared to the prices we used to pay back in 2001.

If you hate this, then you should invest a bit of money in every residence you lease or possess. 73.9% of all burglaries took place in residential properties.

I am sure your landlord will agree to a $99-$299 discount on your rent if you acquire the base system and you leave it there after you move out of the property.

If you are a landlord then you can simply increase your monthly rent by as little as $29.99 and keep the rest of us a bit wealthier in 2020 when the insurance policies drop in price by 90% because the insurance companies only have to pay $460 million in damages

46 out of the 2000 biggest publicly-traded companies in the entire world are diversified insurance companies.

3 out of the 2000 biggest publicly-traded companies in the entire world are insurance brokers.

34 out of the 2000 biggest publicly-traded companies in the entire world are life and health insurance companies.

25 out of the 2000 biggest publicly-traded companies in the entire world are property and casualty insurance companies.

On the other hand, only 2 out of the 2000 biggest publicly-traded companies in the entire world are security systems companies.

Clearly, we are spending too much money in property damages caused by burglars forcing an entry (60.5%) and not enough money in alarms for the homes.

I think every cop in the entire world should watch these films if they want to catch a thief:

To catch a thief

Robert Burks won an Academy Award in 1956 for Best Cinematography, Color for his hard work in this film which makes me wonder if Cheryl Boone Isaacs is going to invent a new category for Best Cinematography, 3D in 2017.

This film was also nominated for two Academy Awards in 1956 for Best Art Direction-Set Decoration, Color and for Best Costume Design, Color.

This film is currently one of the greatest films ever made with a CERTIFIED FRESH rating of 95% on RT.

If you don't know anything about Alfred Hitchcock then you can begin your education with this film.

You can stream this film right now if you live in the United States of America and you are a Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) subscriber.

You can rent this film right now for only $3.99 in Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) if you live outside of the United States of America.

The Book Thief

John Williams was nominated for an Academy Award in 2014 for Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures, Original Score for his hard work in this film.

John Williams has been nominated 50 times for an Academy Award. Only Walt Disney has been nominated more times with 59. This record was set in 1969 and John Williams still needs to compose nine more scores for nine more amazing films in the next 16 years assuming he moves to Okinawa and dies at 100.

NOTE TO JOHN WILLIAMS: Invest some of the $100 million you currently have backing financially a few extremely talented producers with at least one Academy Award nomination like Marc Platt and a few directors with at least one Academy Award nomination like Lenny Abrahamson and a few extremely talented screenwriters with at least one Academy Award nomination like Matt Charman and a few extremely talented actors with at least one Academy Award nomination like Tom Hardy or Jennifer Jason Leigh to create a great film and appoint yourself as producer and if they make a great product you may get lucky and you will make enough money to make another great film but more importantly, you may get a nomination for Best Picture.

You can stream this film right now if you live in Canada and you are a Netflix subscriber.

You can rent this film right now for only $3.99 in Amazon if you live outside Canada.

Empire State

This 2013 crime drama film was produced with as little as $11 million or exactly the same amount of cash stolen by Chris Potamitis, the co-producer of this historical and biographical film back in 1982.

At the time, this was the largest cash heist within the United States of America.

Fortunately for all of us, this film could not generate a profit.

We don't need more armored cars stolen by people willing to trade nine years of their lives for $11 million.

I would like to know how many armored cars and how many armored car companies were stolen in the United States of America from 1983 until 2015.

I also would like to know how much cash was stolen exactly from each robbery and how many years each perpetrator spent behind bars.

I also would like to know how many of these criminals were arrested and incarcerated again.

If you happen to work for the FBI or for the Justice Department or for the Department of Corrections and you have access to this information then let me know and I will write an academic research paper about these people and how to decrease these types of crimes within the United States of America.

You can stream this film right now if you happen to live in the United States of America, Denmark, Argentina, Sweden, Brazil, Finland, Mexico, Norway, Colombia, Austria, Switzerland, India, Germany or Japan and you are a Netflix subscriber.

You can rent this film right now for only $4.99 in Amazon if you live elsewhere.

Thick as Thieves

This 2009 film starring Academy Award winner Morgan Freeman and three-time Golden Globe nominee Antonio Banderas is also called The Code in some countries.

You can stream this film right now if you happen to live in India, Austria, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Ireland, Germany, Spain and Italy and you are a Netflix subscriber.

You can acquire this film right now for as little as $0.24 in Amazon if you live elsewhere.

If you don't have a relative or friend currently living in the United States of America then let me know and you can ship it to my house and I will reship it to your country via the USPS without the case. Blu-Ray Discs are indestructible anyway and you cannot scratch them.

Masterminds

Jared Hess directed the film Napoleon Dynamite back in 2004 and it was a good film but Nacho Libre, Gentleman Broncos, Don Verdean and Masterminds are (CENSORED).

NOTE TO JARED HESS: You are not a Director. Stick to what you know: Screenwriter, Producer, and Executive Producer. You are spending too many decades of your life shooting films nobody wants to see. Make a great screenplay instead and do not direct any more films. Find a younger and more talented version of yourself and write him a check for $400,000. I don't think you should direct Shanghai Dawn either. There is a lot of financial risk with that film and you don't need another box office bomb on your resume.

Miami Blues

Academy Award nominee Alec Baldwin and Academy Award nominee Jennifer Jason Leigh star in this excellent film.

Jonathan Demme is one of the producers and two years later he shall win an Academy Award for Best Director for his hard work in the film "The Silence of the Lambs", probably one of the greatest films ever made with five Academy Awards including Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Writing. The same film was also nominated in two more categories.

Kenneth Utt and Ronald M. Bozman are two of the producers and two years later they shall win an Academy Award for Best Picture for their hard work in the previously mentioned film.

George Armitage wrote and directed this film and six years later he shall win an Emmy for his hard work in the miniseries or special "The Late Shift"

He has directed only a couple of films after "Miami Blues" and one of them was critically-acclaimed but none of them were commercially successful and he has not worked again as a director since 2004.

George Armitage knows how to write and direct good films. If you happen to be a producer and you have $5.5 million for a small independent film then you should hire him as director and/or writer.

You can stream this film right now if you are a Starz subscriber.

The Talented Mr. Ripley

This film was nominated for five Academy Awards and for five Golden Globes including Best Motion Picture - Drama back in 2000.

This film is based on the book of the same name by Patricia Highsmith originally published in 1955.

The novel was nominated for an Edgar Allan Poe Award for Best Novel in 1956 and a year later the novel won the Grand Prix de Littérature Policière as the best international crime novel.

As you can see, if you want to produce a good film you simply need to hire an unemployed published writer of a crime and detective novel to read all these books and pick at least ten of them and then acquire the option to make a film based on one of them within your budget.

You can stream this film right now if you are an Amazon Prime subscriber.

Ripley's Game

This 2002 thriller film was made with only $30 million.

Academy Award nominee Charles McKeown wrote the screenplay for this film. He also wrote the screenplay for the two-time Academy Award nominee "Brazil", another one of the 1001 movies you must see before you die according to Ian Haydn Smith and Steven Jay Schneider. He also wrote the screenplay for the four-time Academy Award nominee "The Adventures of Baron Munchausen", currently one of the greatest movies ever made with a certified fresh rating of 92% according to RT. He also wrote the screenplay for the two-time Academy Award nominee "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus"

If you want to produce a critically-acclaimed and financially successful film and you have at least $60 million laying around then he is your guy.

Emmy Award winner Simon Bosanquet, Ileen Maisel and Ricardo Tozzi are the producers.

This is a sequel to "The Talented Mr. Ripley"

If you love "The Talented Mr. Ripley" then you must watch this film.

Ripley's Game is currently one of the greatest movies ever made with a certified fresh rating of 96% according to RT.

This is one of these rare instances when the sequel is actually better than the original film.

Ripley under ground

This 2005 film is also called "Mr. Ripley's Return" in some countries and it is based on the second book written by Patricia Highsmith.

If you haven been waiting for eleven years for the next sequel then maybe you should visit your local public library and borrow the books The Boy Who Followed Ripley originally published in 1955 and Ripley Under Water originally published in 1991.

If these books are out of stock in your area then you can order them from Amazon for as little as $0.01 plus $3.99 in shipping and donate them to your local public library after you finish them.

This film has not been released within the United States of America yet. However, you can still order the Italian DVD from Amazon and turn off the Italian subtitles and watch it with the original audio in English. Keep in mind you will need a Region 2 DVD player to play this DVD or hire the Geek Squad to manufacture an extremely limited edition Region 1 DVD exclusively for you.

If you happen to know anybody in the DVD distribution business then maybe they can acquire the North American distribution rights from the producers with your money and they can release this film in Canada, the United States of America and Mexico with French and Spanish subtitles and generate a small profit.

They can simply sell this product directly to consumers using Amazon Canada, Amazon Mexico and obviously the original Amazon website.
