This 2013 crime drama film was produced with as little as $11 million or exactly the same amount of cash stolen by Chris Potamitis, the co-producer of this historical and biographical film back in 1982.

At the time, this was the largest cash heist within the United States of America.

Fortunately for all of us, this film could not generate a profit.

We don't need more armored cars stolen by people willing to trade nine years of their lives for $11 million.

I would like to know how many armored cars and how many armored car companies were stolen in the United States of America from 1983 until 2015.

I also would like to know how much cash was stolen exactly from each robbery and how many years each perpetrator spent behind bars.

I also would like to know how many of these criminals were arrested and incarcerated again.

Masterminds

Jared Hess directed the film Napoleon Dynamite back in 2004 and it was a good film but Nacho Libre, Gentleman Broncos, Don Verdean and Masterminds are (CENSORED).

NOTE TO JARED HESS: You are not a Director. Stick to what you know: Screenwriter, Producer, and Executive Producer. You are spending too many decades of your life shooting films nobody wants to see. Make a great screenplay instead and do not direct any more films. Find a younger and more talented version of yourself and write him a check for $400,000. I don't think you should direct Shanghai Dawn either. There is a lot of financial risk with that film and you don't need another box office bomb on your resume.

Miami Blues

Academy Award nominee Alec Baldwin and Academy Award nominee Jennifer Jason Leigh star in this excellent film.

Jonathan Demme is one of the producers and two years later he shall win an Academy Award for Best Director for his hard work in the film "The Silence of the Lambs", probably one of the greatest films ever made with five Academy Awards including Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Writing. The same film was also nominated in two more categories.

Kenneth Utt and Ronald M. Bozman are two of the producers and two years later they shall win an Academy Award for Best Picture for their hard work in the previously mentioned film.

George Armitage wrote and directed this film and six years later he shall win an Emmy for his hard work in the miniseries or special "The Late Shift"

He has directed only a couple of films after "Miami Blues" and one of them was critically-acclaimed but none of them were commercially successful and he has not worked again as a director since 2004.

George Armitage knows how to write and direct good films. If you happen to be a producer and you have $5.5 million for a small independent film then you should hire him as director and/or writer.

This film was nominated for five Academy Awards and for five Golden Globes including Best Motion Picture - Drama back in 2000.

This film is based on the book of the same name by Patricia Highsmith originally published in 1955.

The novel was nominated for an Edgar Allan Poe Award for Best Novel in 1956 and a year later the novel won the Grand Prix de Littérature Policière as the best international crime novel.

As you can see, if you want to produce a good film you simply need to hire an unemployed published writer of a crime and detective novel to read all these books and pick at least ten of them and then acquire the option to make a film based on one of them within your budget.

This 2002 thriller film was made with only $30 million.

Academy Award nominee Charles McKeown wrote the screenplay for this film. He also wrote the screenplay for the two-time Academy Award nominee "Brazil", another one of the 1001 movies you must see before you die according to Ian Haydn Smith and Steven Jay Schneider. He also wrote the screenplay for the four-time Academy Award nominee "The Adventures of Baron Munchausen", currently one of the greatest movies ever made with a certified fresh rating of 92% according to RT. He also wrote the screenplay for the two-time Academy Award nominee "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus"

If you want to produce a critically-acclaimed and financially successful film and you have at least $60 million laying around then he is your guy.

Emmy Award winner Simon Bosanquet, Ileen Maisel and Ricardo Tozzi are the producers.

This is a sequel to "The Talented Mr. Ripley"

If you love "The Talented Mr. Ripley" then you must watch this film.

Ripley's Game is currently one of the greatest movies ever made with a certified fresh rating of 96% according to RT.

This is one of these rare instances when the sequel is actually better than the original film.

This 2005 film is also called "Mr. Ripley's Return" in some countries and it is based on the second book written by Patricia Highsmith.

If you haven been waiting for eleven years for the next sequel then maybe you should visit your local public library and borrow the books The Boy Who Followed Ripley originally published in 1955 and Ripley Under Water originally published in 1991.
