There is something about celebrity. Celebrity status makes regular people become these "super people" in our heads. People who don't get angry in public, who smile and clap even when they lose out on awards, keep their composure in even the most uncomfortable public situations so as not to ruin their reputation or bring bad press their way.

Still, once or twice, even these "super humans" reach their breaking points and just like we regular people, they get angry. And if we're lucky, sometimes these outbursts even get recorded.

Here are 7 Times Celebrities Got Really Angry On Video.

But before we dive in, I post fresh interesting content like this all the time. To make sure you don't miss out on any new stories, like and follow my Facebook page here. And to catch up on some older stories I know you'll enjoy, click here.

1. Yemi Alade's Had Enough Of Music Critics.

In late 2016, Yemi Alade was getting a lot of heat from fans and critics alike about the poor quality of her lyrics.

This was following the release of her second studio album, Mama Africa which was packed with bangers, but also some of the worst lyrics I've personally ever head.

As an example, on the song Marry Me, she sings:

Chewing gum e sweet eh until sugar it finish oh

What is the matter eh, make you tell me the kpam kpam

Poko a poko eh, little by little oh

Tete a tete, Toronto Toronto ah.

Not the greatest of song lyrics at all.

So, in response to the backlash she was receiving, Yemi Alade took to Snapchat to record a video for her critics.

Here is that video:

2. Omawumi Walks Out of Interview.

In 2016, Nigerian songstress Omawumi had a sit-down with journalist, Zinnia on the HFtv Africa show, "Da Chat". Everything seemed to be going fine during the 15 minute interview, until the end where the host, Zinnia asks Omawumi to address the rumors about her smoking and drinking habits.

Well, let's just say Omawumi did not take to those words kindly AT ALL.

Here is the juicy part where Zinnia asks the question and Omawumi responds, before walking out of the interview. How do you think she handled this?

3. MI Abaga and Osagie Alonge Get Into It.

In September 2017, Nigerian rapper MI went on the podcast show, Loose Talk to sit with the host, Osagie Alonge and talk about remarks that Osagie made against MI's discography and lyricism.

He accused the A-plus rapper of going cold with his raps, and called Chairman, MI's most commercially successful album his worst in terms of lyrical content.

Well, between MI trying to defend himself and Osagie trying to make his point, things got pretty heated. F-bombs were thrown, tempers flared, it really went left pretty quickly.

Now, the entire interview is 2 hours and 46 minutes. If you're interested in watching the whole thing, click on this link. However, for the sake of keeping this article short and sweet, here is a short clip from the interview.

4. Beverly Osu Attacks Women With Botched Bum Surgeries.

This is on a lighter note.

Big Brother contestant, Beverly Osu, took to her Instagram in 2019 to come for women who've gone under the knife to work on their buttocks with less than stellar results.

Once uploaded, the video quickly became viral being reshared, reposted, and retweeted by thousands of Nigerians. I guess a lot of people share her sentiment.

5. Tonto Dikeh Yells At Her Nanny.

This is a long-story that had so many parts, but I'll try to dilute it down for you.

The gist of the story is that Tonto Dikeh hired a nanny who later came out in a video to say that Tonto abandoned her in a hospital leaving her to fend for herself.

That video went semi-viral and people hauled fingers and bad words at Tonto Dikeh.

Upset by the allegations, Tonto confronted the nanny about what she said. This is what that confrontation looked like:

The woman later on after this video was posted by Tonto Dikeh said about the video:

The video she posted online was not the complete version. All the things I said, they did not show it. She only showed where she and others were intimidating me; they never allowed me to talk. Let her tell the world the truth because I worked for her diligently and had never conspired with anyone to tarnish her image.

Before going on to discuss more about how she claims that Tonto emotionally and psychologically abused her.

All this drama man!

6. Burna Boy Kicks Man Out of His Show.

This one is iconic.

Not only did it go viral, it went super-viral. Memes were made, parodies were made. Who didn't see this clip. I would have been insane not to include it.

The altercation happened in September of 2016 when Burna Boy was on stage. In the middle of his performance, he pauses his set, reaches into his pocket, brings out some cash and hands it to an audience member who he asks security to escort out of the front row because he wasn't dancing.

It's a very interesting video. One that you just have to see for yourself if you haven't already.

7. Simi Rants About The Difficulties of Buying A House As A Single Female Singer.

The final name on our list is singer Simi, who in 2016, before she got married to now husband, singer Adekunle Gold, went house hunting and expressed her frustrations about the process.

Simi while driving, took to Snapchat to express the difficulties she'd been facing as a single, female, Nigerian singer trying to buy a house.

It's quite the eye-opening video that gives us a glimpse into these little extra hurdles that celebrities have to cross.

That brings us to the end of our list! I hope you've enjoyed reading through this article.
