3 Body Problem Review: Looking for Your Next Sci-Fi Fix?

Finally, friends, this year's most-awaited web series, 3 Body Problem, has arrived on Netflix, and I finished watching it last night by eating a lot of pop corn or chips.

So 3 Body Problem is a science fiction show that is based on a Chinese novel named The Three-Body Problem, which I have not read. Now there is already a TV show based on this novel, but I have not seen it either.

Plot

Now, if I say more about the story of this show, it will spoil the fun for you, so if I explain it in a cut-to-short-term manner, the story of the show starts in 1966 in Beijing, China, where the movement is at its peak. And at that time, if anyone teaches the theory of an English scientist, then he gets punished. Now from here, the story jumps and reaches London in 2024, where all the scientists are dying mysteriously, one by one, who were working together on a project.

If I wanted to review this show for you all in one word, I would just say that it is mind-bending. If you want to watch a science fiction show, then definitely this show should be on your wish-list because it was made in an amazing way, be it its screenplay or anything else, you viewers will enjoy everything.

The makers behind this show are the makers of top-class historical drama series like Game of Thrones. Yes, you heard it right. The makers of Game of Thrones have brought the show 3 Body Problem, which I liked a lot. We get to see multiple subplots in the show; there is mystery, thrill, and investigation, and humanity has also been highlighted here somewhere, and emotions have also been given good attention.

This sci-fi show is pretty tricky, not like spicy food for those looking for a simple treat. It's more like a brain workout, where you've got to think a lot to follow along.

So whenever you start watching this show, do it at your own risk because it is not that you get to watch entertainment, entertainment, or entertainment.

But yes, I am telling the truth. I saw something quite different or unique, for sure.

Visually, the show is very good. The way VFX has been done in this show is quite good. You will get to see all such scientific things whose visuals have been done in such an amazing way. I have no words to praise it. Yes, there are some scenes too where VFX looked a bit dull.

The main positive point of this show is its unique concept. I mean, what amazing science fiction they have prepared! Salute to those who wrote the original book; what an amazing idea they have presented.

Quantum physics has a big role here, so those people who are not good in physics, sorry boss, this show is going to be a complete bouncer of Shoaib Akhtar for you.

Science fiction has been presented in the show in an amazing way, and the way it was used to tell about humanity was quite amazing because the makers of Game of Thrones were bringing this show, so there was full expectation from them that they would present an amazing thing, and for me, this thing is quite amazing.

The production value of the show is very good. There is a lot of expenditure for this type of show, and it is also visible that this show was made on a very high budget, be it its production value, art designs, set designs, or even VFX. And what a wonderful way the BGM has been designed!

Apart from this, the characters have also been written and developed very well; you will feel their emotional journey completely, and it was good to see the mutual bounding of the characters.

According to me, some scenes have been dragged out for a long time, and I guess they should have been shown cut to cut because, anyway, there are many things said in this show that needed to be presented in detail.

Climax is somewhat underwhelming. I mean, of course, season 2 will also come. The story is not over yet, but from the way it was ended, I guess there should have been a high-end point that was not seen.

All in all, the 3 Body Problem web series should definitely be on your watch list; don't miss it. In terms of pedal guidance, this show is not suitable for watching with family because of adult scenes or nudity.
