If you haven't read part one and two yet, please read them now. Also, I have to put a trigger and spoiler warning on this post. I also have to put a trigger warning on the series. If you are in crisis, please reach out for help.

Tape Seven (also known as Tape Four, Side A) and Episode Seven is all about Zach. Last time we saw Zach, he was going back to check on Hannah. In communications class, they had compliment bags, where you can leave notes without anyone knowing it was you. Zach tries to get to know Hannah and she shuts him down. She thinks he's overreacting when he gets mad. The guys still have Clay's bike and his parents thinks he should get help. When Clay goes to a basketball game, Marcus thinks it's a part of some plan he has in the works. Jessica was late to the game after missing some practices. It is suggested that maybe Jessica had a drinking problem. Hannah accuses Zach of stealing the compliments from her bag, and actually catches him. She thinks Zach stealing the notes is an act of revenge. Clay talks to Tony about how the tapes are affecting him and tries to give them back. Hannah had wrote Zach a note and she claimed that he threw the note out, but he later showed Clay that he didn't throw it out.

Episode Eight and Tape Eight (Tape Four, Side B) is dedicated to Ryan, who goes to a poetry club and runs the student magazine. When the group of students that want to shut Clay up meets up. Alex questions whether or not Hannah was lying. Tony takes Clay on a climb to talk about everything. Clay finds out that Tony was there after Hannah killed herself. He also saw her drop off the tapes, but didn't realize what they were until it was too late. Hannah finds out that Ryan published something she wrote without her permission. So she blames him for invading her privacy. Clay takes back the tapes and gives the poem to Hannah's mom.

Episode Nine and Tape Nine (Tape Five, Side A) is dedicated to Justin, this is the second tape for Justin. Hannah blames Justin and maybe even herself for Jessica's rape. At first, everyone wanted to deny that the rape happened. Mr. Baker confronts Mr. Porter about Hannah's poem possibly being a cry for help. Marcus tries to tell Clay to keep is mouth shut. Alex decides to leave the group that wants to keep Clay silent. Marcus plants drugs on Clay to get in trouble. Clay finally confesses to knowing Hannah. Clay goes to Justin's to confront him about telling Jessica about her rape and to get his bike back. Jessica started to remember that night and the rape on her own.

Episode 10 and Tape 10 (Tape Five, Side B) is dedicated to Sheri. Sheri took Hannah home the night of the party and ran into a stop sign that lead to Jeff's accident (and death). Hannah blamed Sheri for abandoning her and ultimately causing Jeff's death. People thought that Jeff was drunk when he died but he wasn't. Hannah tried to talk to Sheri and Clay about the stop sign and Clay told her she was being dramatic while Sheri told her to stay away from her. Jessica's actions become more erratic. We learn that Sheri has been spending time with the other person who was in the accident with Jeff. Clay went to visit Jeff's family and told them that Jeff was sober the night of the accident and that the stop sign was knocked down.

There will be one more post about this too, which I am glad for. This show is taxing to watch and write about. So stay tuned.
