Having first graced our lives with his existence in 2010, Louis Tomlinson quickly became a ray of light for so many fans around the world. It started when we all heard him sing the softest rendition of The Plain White T’s’ Hey There Delilah, and that was that. We were hooked.

Although having come from boyband fame, that hasn’t detoured the 28year old Doncaster native in finding a solo path that is distinctly his. Having released his first solo album, Walls on January 31st, it not only debuted at number one on iTunes but also re-entered that coveted top position in nineteen counties, earlier this month which saw the album climbing exponential leaps in just about an hour. Leaps that were all very much deserving of the Britpop/rock album.

But it’s not just his music that has fans loving Tomlinson. Louis is a presence unlike any other. Exuding humility and star power that somehow balances each other out. Not an ounce of pretense is shown, despite his fame, and never once does he forget his roots, his community, or to show gratitude for his fans, at any chance he gets. He is somebody who will go out of his way to help anyone in need and makes sure his platform is used to do just that.

Any talk that contradicts this, is blasphemy and I will not have any of it.

When he recently went on Twitter just to promote a local charity

The nonprofit helps to connect those who need help getting food on the table, with those who are able to provide them. This tweet alone brought thousands to the charity's page, bringing much-needed awareness to the work they do.

The time he went boxing with Richard

It was a year ago that Louis helped Richard live out things he had on his bucket list. The pair simply stole our hearts.

That time he sported this Peaky Blinders haircut, and we all collectively lost our sh*t.
