"A fool at 40 is a fool forever", "Life begins at 40", there has been so much written and said about this age - 40. It's a big one for many people. At this age, people are expected to have "settled down", to have known not only exactly what they're doing with the career but already be on the path of said career journey. People are expected to be married with at least one child. If 30 was the year people told you to "get serious", 40 is the age people EXPECT you to have "gotten serious".

It's a lot of pressure. That's why just like with every single post I make about age, I instead of looking at what people should have done or accomplished propose that we instead simply celebrate the fact that people have survived and found a way to thrive in such a crazy world over these years. To be alive at 40, that's a blessing. It's a big accomplishment, and for these 11 Nigerian celebrities, they will finally be clocking the big 4.0 this year. Are you ready to see which of your favorite celebrities will be clocking 40 this year? Then let's go!
