10. Telluride Home

$59 million dollars is what Tom Cruise has listed his massive Telluride estate for, however, its also been reported he has now de-listed the home which he purchased in the 1990s.

The property comes with some interesting features including its own garbage disposal and a helipad, just in case you are flying in.

The property has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and sits on 298 acres of land, sits on 115 Francisco Way, and was built around 1984.

The home is nestled deep within the rolling meadows and mature forest just 12 minutes from the historic resort town of Telluride, Colorado.

The home has a large patio, separate guest house, storage garden, hardwood flooring, and benefits from a high-grade security system.

There is an in-home security system, private elevator, staff quarters, workshop, caretakers house, and a three car garage.

Outside the home has great views of the Colorado mountains and Cruise and any friends he has staying over can relax in the spa or private swimming pool.

9. Gulfstream G450

Tom Cruise is a busy man and he needs to get to filming locations all over the world quickly and easily, without the need to be waiting around for a plane in the airport.

Behold his Gulfstream G450, with an estimated asking price of around $31 million dollars, and is powered by a pair of Rolls-Royce Tay 611-8C engines.

Cruises jet can reach an altitude of 45,000 ft, has a total range of 4,350 nautical miles (8,056 km) and has a cruising speed of between Mach 0.80 and Mach 0.88 (459–488 kN; 850–903 km/h)

The plane can carry 19 maximum passengers, has room for a crew of 2 and comes with the PlaneView cockpit with four 14-inch (355 mm) liquid crystal displays and a heads-up display.

8. Florida Penthouse

Not one to be shy of owning several high profile properties at one time, Tom Cruise owns this amazing multimillion-dollar Florida penthouse that is located at the Skyview.

The home reportedly takes up the top 2 floors of the building and he has been doing some serious renovations since moving in back around July 2018.

The home has a passageway leading to a secret smaller condo on the second floor and its other amenities include a roof deck complete with a luxury 39ft infinity pool, solarium, hot tub, and bar.

The building is not far from the Scientology’s main HQ—nicknamed the Super Powers Building, has a flight simulator, private elevator and 9 car parking space... no word on price though!

7. Ford Excursion

One of Tom Cruise's largest vehicles, his all-black Ford Excursion is a 4-door SUV with a lift gate and 2 dutch doors that cost Cruise around $40,000 dollars.

The car has a 6.0 Litre PowerStroke V8 turbodiesel engine, 5-speed automatic transmission and the use of the Bronco bodyshell gave the Classic three rows of seating.

You can pick one of these cars up second hand for a reasonable price of between $38,000 to $45,000 dollars depending on condition; however, expect to pay more for the ones with the V10 engines.

6. Beverly Hills Compound

Sold for $40 million dollars in 2016, Tom's massive Beverly Hills stone mansion sits on more than an acre of land and only cost Cruise $30.5 million when he first bought it.

The house was built in 1937 and has multiple wings and gray stone exterior with the living space measuring about 10,000 square feet.

The grounds include a tennis court, a swimming pool, a fountain the size of a swimming pool, a couple guesthouses, and a playground for the kids.

Cruise sold the property to private equity multi-billionaire Leon Black and his wife and it has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and look out for a video coming on him soon, he is quite the property collector.

5. Bugatti Veyron Super Sport

The car Tom Cruise drove to the premiere of Mission Impossible 3, The Veyron is an engineering marvel that made a loss for the company every time it sold.

Power comes from a massive 8.0-liter quad turbo W16 engine that produces 987 Bhp, with the car having a top speed of 415 kmph, which is electronically limited to stop the tires disintegrating.

Cruise;s version has a revised aerodynamic package and the tires alone cost the owner around $20,000 dollars, with the price of a wheel change costing around $100,000.

The whole car is thought to have cost Tom Cruise around $2 million dollars and the World Record Edition was, in 2010, the fastest production street legal car to reach 60 mph from a stop, taking about 2.46 seconds.

4. London Victorian Mansion

Named Rede Place estate, this massive home has some amazing features; it's been revealed he has now sold this mansion too.

The home includes a private dance studio, gym, and cinema and is believed to have been purchased for a little over £3 million in 2006.

Located in East Grinstead, 30 miles south of London, the 11,331 square foot, 14.2 acre home is also located just a few miles from Saint Hill Manor, the UK headquarters of the Church of Scientology.

The home was on the market for around $5 million dollars and has four reception rooms, cloakroom, 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and balconies.

If that was not enough, there is a tennis court, heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and billiards room with a smaller guest house situated close to Rede Place’s garden, orchard, and paddock.

3. Watch Collection

Tom Cruise has one of the most interesting watch collections around, with many of them featuring in his movies.

Some of the more prominent watches in his collection include the Bremont ALT1-C watch, the Royal Oak Offshore GP Singapur watch and Casio G-Shock DW-5300.

He has many other watches in the collection too, and these include a Tudor Heritage Chronograph, an Omega Speedmaster X-33, and even a Sangdo watch.

2. Los Angeles Mansion

This "European-style estate" on two-and-a-half acres in Laurel Canyon has a two-story main house, with oak plank floors, vaulted ceilings, and three bedrooms.

There's also a detached "slate-roof guesthouse" that has four bedrooms, its own kitchen, and four bathrooms with the property including a space that serves as a wine-tasting room and wine storage area.

The house is perched on top of a hill with an amazing paved driveway that leads right up to the front entrance, and you would be forgiven for thinking its actually somewhere in Italy.

Its understood Tom Cruise has sold this home, along with many of the other he owns in the area for around $11.4 million dollars.

Launched in 1994, this car comes with a supercharged V-6 that was rated at 220 hp and features a 4 or 5-Speed automatic transmission, but also available is the 5 or 6-Speed manual transmission.

The car has a top speed of 150 mph and a 0-60 speed of 4.6 seconds, with its 0-100 mph time sitting at 10.6 seconds.

The exhaust system is an innovative "variable design," featuring twin mufflers with vacuum-actuated valves that open above a specified back pressure.

The design allows the engine to be calibrated to produce higher torque and provides a free-flowing exhaust system, while still providing the capability for passing mandated pass-by noise regulations in the U.S., Canada, and U.K.
