11. Singapore Penthouse

Situated over three-floors, this luxury super-penthouse is located in the heart of Singapore and covers more than 21,000 square feet.

Located at the top of Singapore’s tallest building, local media is reporting that the price paid was close to $44 million dollars.

The luxurious five-bedroom penthouse has its own swimming pool and private lift, 5 bedrooms, 600-bottle wine cellar, Jacuzzi and private garden with stunning views that include the Marina Bay Sands hotel and Sentosa island.

The home occupies the 62nd 63rd and 64th floors and has been purchased after rumors the Dyson boss was relocating his company headquarters to Singapore.

10. Dodington Park Estate

Purchased by Dyson in 2003 for £20 Million Pounds, Dodington Park Estate features an exceptionally large stately home.

The mansion features an orangery and a large underground curving swimming pool with the home built in the early 19th century.

Sitting on 300 acres it is recognized as being of ‘exceptional architectural and historic interest’ and has its very own church located several meters away.

Other features that are included in the purchase of the estate include an Aqueduct, a private lake, its own dairy farm and several garden buildings.

Dyson was recently in trouble with planning authorities when he failed to obtain planning permission for the underground swimming pool.

Sleeping 14 guests in 7 cabins, this yacht was classified as one of the biggest private yachts ever built in the U.K.

Over the last few years, James Dyson has been buying up a considerable amount of farmland with him spending over $37 million dollars alone on land purchases in 2018.

Now owning more private land than the queen his spending in 2017 is thought to have come to $58 million dollars.

The total farming area he currently owns is thought to cover around 14,163 hectares with the Brexit-loving entrepreneur earned about £8.2 million from the sale of farm produce.

He also owns several large estates including a 3,000 acre estate in Lincolnshire and Cranwell and Roxholme estate that was purchased from the crown.

James Dyson owns a 2015 Range Rover that is thought to have cost him around $84,000 dollars and has a large heads up display in the dash and 4-wheel drive means he wont be forced off the road in the weather.

With a supercharged 510-horsepower V-8 under the hood, the 2015 Range Rover Sport blasts from zero to 60 miles per hour in just 5.0 seconds, with the top speed electronically limited to 155 mph

18-inch alloy wheels are all fitted as standard while inside you’ll find climate control, heated leather seats and both Bluetooth connectivity and a DAB digital radio.

Formerly RAF Hullavington, this base opened in June 1937 and was predominately used for various training purposes before closing and being renamed Buckley Barracks.

The airfield part of the site, known as Hullavington Airfield, continued to be used for RAF gliding operations until 2016 when it was sold to James Dyson for an undisclosed price.

Plans for the airfield included building a ten mile test track for the on-going production of Dyson's new electric cars and a new technology center.
