Video Game Titles That Sound Like Porn

Though unintentional but often hysterical, here are video game titles that sound like porn.

Sometimes it's hard to tell what certain movies or shows are about depending on its title. Because of porn films' often parodic titles or storylines, it's hard not to laugh or think of ways to turn something as innocent as Speed to Ramming Speed. And it's even funnier when its title is not intentionally supposed to be suggestive. These are the video game titles that sound like porn.

Super Smash Bros

Super Smash Bros is arguably one of the best action games ever made. The Nintendo classic was first introduced in 1999 for the Nintendo 64, featuring its flagship character Super Mario and other popular characters. While its popularity has expanded over the years, this is one of the video game titles that sound like porn and is still suggestive of a form of tag team.

Pole Position

This classic arcade racing game was the highest grossing game in North America in 1983. While it is considered one of the most influential games ever made, its name sounds more like a sexual position or movie about strippers. This one of the video game titles that sounds like porn.

Dragon Wang

Dragon Wang is a vintage game made for the old Sega console, SG-1000 in 1985. It's hard to even imagine that this is a game with that kind of title. It was a prequel for the Kung Fu Kid game for the Sega Master System, a much more acceptable title, instead of one of the video game titles that sound like porn.

Touch Dic

Short for Touch Dictionary, this Nintendo DS game was released only in South Korea and was initially titled Touch Dic. After the game developer received some backlash for the video game title that sound like porn and picture, depicting a finger pointing downwards, the title and cover were changed.

Sticky Balls

This game title is pretty self-explanatory. The puzzle game was developed for iOS devices in 2005. The gameplay resembles a game of pool where players use a spring-loaded rod to shoot balls at each other. Even the game description sounds dirty. This is obviously one of the video game titles that sound like porn.

36 Great Holes Starring Fred Couples

This is an example that was probably overlooked at first but after looking at it, one of the video game titles that sound like porn. Golf Magazine's golfing game for the Sega 32X console was released in 1994. Instead of watching paint dry in a slow-moving golf game, 36 Great Holes sounds more like a compilation of sorts.

Wild Woody

This is just ridiculous. Sega continues their tradition of dirty game titles with Wild Woody, a game released in 1995 that was even given a "Kids-to-Adults" rating. Wild Woody is in fact, an anthropomorphic pencil that dislodges totem heads and stacks them on top of each other. It's hard to believe that Wild Woody received generally negative reviews when it's one of the video game titles that sound like porn.

Mr. Driller

Mr. Driller was a game released for PlayStation and other various platforms where players drill down through a series of blocks. While the single-player game itself is innocent, its name, however, is suggestive of a Fifty Shades of Grey type of character and one of the video game titles that sounds like porn.

Super Meat Boy

This game released for the Xbox 360 is full of suggestive material and one of the video game titles that sound like porn. First of all, the main character's name is meat boy and he has to rescue his girlfriend, Bandage Girl from an evil Dr. Fetus. Yet, it was considered a critical success, winning awards for its gameplay and retro artwork.

Microsoft Train Simulator

This one's a bit of a stretch, but definitely one of the video game titles that sound like porn if your mind is in the gutter. This train simulator PC game was released on Windows XP in 2001 allows players to operate various trains on different routes. Between 2001 and 2006, Microsoft Train Simulator was the 56th best selling computer game in the United States.
