Among Us: A Casual Player's Review
Among Us has taken over. The revolution has come and gone, and in a plague-torn world one winner has emerged from the chaos: the cute game where you kill your friends and lie about it. Oddly appropriate. It has taken over Twitch streaming, Youtube, and most likely some aspect of your own life, even if simply by proxy. Like the rest of the world I hopped on the crazy, in moments of spare time and when friends asked if I wanted to play. I've also watched my fair share of Let's Plays in which Among Us is the chosen game. Inevitably, I've had thoughts.

Early Access Games: A Roll Of The Dice
One can’t help but cringe a little when a game is labeled as ‘Early Access.’ Valve’s Steam allows developers to put their unfinished games up for sale. Sometimes the cost of the game can be reasonable, with others, it’s the price of a completed game. Unless a studio is well-known, it’s a gamble on whether to purchase a game or not. But even still, if a developer is well-known, there’s always the off chance their product might, for lack of a better word, suck.

When you look back on where Plants vs zombies began with just a simple all be it cute tower defence game evolved into a Call of Duty-Esque multiplayer battleground type title has once again taken on a new face in its newest installment "Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville" once again they hit the hammer on the nail in terms of the very charm that got them to the dance in the first place, with a cute story and a newly designed social hub and activity area their newest title is jammed packed with things to discover and explore with your friends or to introduce you to possible new ones. Including a couple of new zombie and plant-based cooperative maps where you assist charismatic and cute characters in a range of puzzle like and task-based objectives in order to help out NPC's offering a fun experience outside of the usual PVP modes sure to hold your attention, in addition to these new things to do you will also be greeted by a hugely improved social area where exploration is promoted as you can find all kinds of neat additions to the game.

It was two years ago that I walked through the gloomy streets of Chicago as Aiden Pearce. I was hacking people, stealing their money, saving their lives from crimes that were about to happen and even stopping a human trafficking ring from taking place. Then I returned to the franchise in part 2, taking on the role of Marcus Holloway where I was in the ever bright San Francisco. The sequel saw my character become a member of Dedsec, defeated gang members, hacked people, stole their money, sick cops or gang members on random people etc.
