Oh Nintendo Oh, Nintendo, how you have brought me up in the gaming world. I've been with you through the ups and the downs. I have been so angry with you that I sworn off your products, just to come back and fall in love all over again.

We believe that the idea of playing with art is very important in Mario's games, and Mario has a system in which the players themselves create and play at levels, and how they organize them is linked to the idea of playing with art. For Super Mario Maker, it was a cinematic experience to design levels with a hand-held touch screen and see a great screen game like Star Fox Zero on the big screen. With a gamepad and screen on hand, you can play a video game with the excitement of a movie scene on television.

Steve BrewerPublished 3 years ago in GamersMissed Opportunities in Fire Emblem Three Houses
Nintendo’s Fire Emblem series has been one of their longest game series going on, and is renowned as a strategy RPG. This series released its latest edition, Fire Emblem Three Houses, in mid-July of 2019 and was immediately popular for its immense re-playability, graphic updates, character cast, and overall storyline. The story line and re-playability aspect come from the fact that it gives you three main different routes to explore. As the name suggests, the player picks from one of three “Houses” at a monastery to teach at and follow their story line. Each route has a different set of characters and different perspective on the war plaguing their continent of Fodlan depending on your pick.

Hades is next level!
I have an addiction to difficult games. They intrigue me and I find the challenge fun, even though I’m pretty terrible at them. Dark Souls is a game I’ve never finished but each time I play I get a little bit further. Roguelike/lite games latched on to this feeling of progression by adding randomised levels, permadeath but also permanent progression.

The time is December 1991, and the video gaming sports world is about to be changed forever. Tecmo Super Bowl was released on the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in the United States, but nobody knew that it would become a cult classic that is still enjoyed today. Before Tecmo Super Bowl came out, sports games were unplayable. It was impossible to pass, run, maneuver around the field, or to even a complete a single play. Yet, the computer would effortlessly complete plays. The game was too difficult, thus making it unplayable.
