Surpassing Bradman's record is seen as a remarkable accomplishment for any player because Bradman is widely recognized as the greatest batsman in the history of the sport. His Test record of 6,996 runs at an incredible average of 99.94 serves as a true testament to his legendary status.

Although it may not be fair to compare Bradman to batters from different eras, it is worth noting that only 15 batters have surpassed his impressive record of 29 Test centuries. It's remarkable considering that Bradman retired way back in 1948.

Indian cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar, often hailed as a modern-day equivalent to the legendary Bradman, holds the remarkable record for the highest number of centuries in Test cricket.
