Raid Shadow Legends

Raid Shadow Legends! I didn't think I would like this game as much as I do. I'm usually pretty torn about games that seem to be Pay to Play. Of course games have to bring in profit to support their amazing artist and developers. However, I've seen several games who spam ads or make it impossible to get very far without having to spend tons of money. I don't recall seeing many ads, if any, while playing Raid which is a big relief. They do offer in game purchases, but make it worth your money. You can have a great gaming experience both playing for free or spending a little here and there to show the developers some love.

The ton of reward opportunities is a great way to help out those who can't always afford to pay to play. There are New Player Rewards for those who are newly making their way to the game. That's always one of the best ways to draw me in when I'm looking for new games to play. You also get Referral Rewards, Event Rewards, Login Rewards, and lots more. Collect gems to buy even more summons and skill enhancement items.

Different events will give you a chance to earn even more rewards and in game items.

The gameplay is basic and easy to follow. As you level up you can unlock new areas on the town map that give you access to different things in game. The Portal is where you can summon new characters to take into battle or use to level up your others. If you wanna level up your characters and their skills you can head over to the Tavern. Take a look in the Market at a chance to find high quality gear and fragments.

Leveling up isn't difficult at all. You get autoplay options that let you play through levels while going about your daily routine. It makes grinding in game super convenient. I have a pretty busy schedule myself so having a game I can play while going on with my day helps to keep me up to date in game without missing out on my responsibilities.

My favorite part of any game is getting to summon new characters. Raid has all kinds of different champions to collect. Some can be unlocked by fusing and fragments which can be collected by playing through levels. There are Orcs, Archers, Paladins, Titans, Elves, and so many other mythical creatures to create the ultimate raid party. I get bored if a game gets too repetitive. Luckily, Raid Shaodow Legends offer plenty of different game modes to play through. You can play through special dungeons to awaken champions or follow along with a fun campaign. If PvP (Player versus Player) is more your style the Arena is the perfect place to test your raid party against other skilled players. Faction Wars allows you and your faction to compete against others factions for exclusive in game prizes.

The gameplay is pretty simple with basic graphics. It may not be all that exciting if you're looking for a game to blow you away with a high quality look or need for fancy strategies, but not terrible for those who just want a simple game to play through to collect characters. The only other thing I wasn't a huge fan of what how much it cost to upgrade gears. It doesn't take long to run of of coin when trying to level up the armor on your champions. Since you can autoplay through battles it isn't too hard to make coins. It's just a bit redundant. You can use gems to purchase more coins in game if you don't care for the idea to grind them instead.

Over all I'll give this game ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ The in game economy is a bit pricey if you chose to only play for free, but will give you your money worth when spending with them. I feel the graphics for the gameplay itself could improve with time considering the amazing cinematics they have. It is a really good game for passing time without having to put much effort into playing. I look forward to see how it continues to play out.
