By now, I've talked about all of the awesome blades and pistols that you can get in Cyberpunk 2077. (That is, if you've been reading these in order.) And you might be saying, "Shouldn't have the revolvers been included with the pistols?"

The truth is, revolvers are a lot different from pistols in the world of Cyberpunk 2077. They have their own subset of features that suit a different playstyle, and thus I've separated them out for this article. And there are some cool Iconic ones for us to find, so let's get right into it. As always, beware of major game spoilers ahead.

Amnesty

Type: Power revolver

Mission: We Gotta Live Together

Location: Received as a reward for completing the shooting range challenge

This is another iconic weapon that you won't get until you're playing the game's finale - for this one, you need to ask the Aldecaldos to help you with your final assault. Unfortunately, you don't get to keep Amnesty even after you complete the game - instead, it is replaced with the Aldecaldos bolero jacket when you respawn.

In terms of Iconic weapons, Amnesty's perks are simple and straightforward - it has a higher DPS and better handling than most other revolvers in the game. For a gun type that can sometimes be difficult to handle, those are better than they might sound.

Archangel

Type: Power revolver

Mission: Off The Leash

Location: Received from Kerry after completing the mission

Kerry Eurodyne is the last romanceable NPC in the game - his missions occur much later in the storyline than either Judy, Panam, River, or Meredith's, and thus we expect his rewards to be worthy of a higher-level character. Fortunately, Archangel doesn't disappoint.

The Iconic revolver offers greatly reduced recoil compared to its peers and deals electric damage with a chance to apply Stun - for my electric damage build, it's a great piece.

Comrade's Hammer

Type: Tech revolver

Mission: None

Location: Looted from a corpse in an Organized Crime NCPD spot in Arroyo near the Red Dirt Bar

Yet another Iconic weapon that's easy to miss, you loot Comrade's Hammer from a dead body while managing an Organized Crime assignment from the NCPD in Arroyo. The weapon is a bit of a glass cannon, but it can get you out of a real pinch if you use it correctly.

The bad news? Comrade's Hammer can only hold one bullet in the clip at a time, and the reload speed is incredibly slow. The good news is that the shots deal explosive damage at a high DPS, making it ideal for quick getaways if you keep it in your back pocket.

Crash

Type: Power revolver

Mission: Following The River

Location: Received from River after completing his final side quest

Weapons are as common as rats in Night City, so it's no wonder that you sometimes get them as tokens of affection from your friends and lovers. Such is the case with Crash, who you receive from River Ward (Night City's sexiest cop, IMHO) during his final cutscene after completing all of his side quests. It's a symbol of him giving up his cop days in favor of something better, and the moment is probably one of the sweetest times that someone has ever handed you a gun.

For its part, Crash is a damn good weapon - you can charge it while aiming (much like a tech revolver) to enable full auto mode, which is incredible for mowing down enemies with very little effort. It also has decreased recoil, a lower bullet spread, and a lower fire rate (which is compensated for by auto mode).

Doom Doom

Type: Power revolver

Mission: Second Conflict

Location: Looted off of Dum Dum's body in the Totentanz Club

This one is a bit tricky - it requires you to complete The Pickup by being chooms with the Maelstrom boys to avoid killing Dum Dum - for now. Later, during Second Conflict, you can return to Dum Dum and kill him then, looting Doom Doom from his corpse. It seems like a lot of work for an Iconic weapon, but it's worth it for dedicated collectors. Make sure that you don't leave the Totentanz without getting it, though - you won't be able to come back for it later.

Doom Doom is a pretty powerful weapon - it fires a whopping four rounds per shot with an increased fire rate, making it a veritable handheld machine gun. Additionally, it has a chance to dismember your enemies. Is it any wonder that you got this from a Maelstrom member?

That's all for Iconic revolvers in Cyberpunk 2077! Next up are assault rifles, so stay tuned!
