Forza Horizon 5’s Newest DLC, Titled “Rally Adventure,” is Releasing in March 2023

I wrote about Forza in an article titled Forza Horizon 5 Is Getting A Huge Content Update For Its 10th Anniversary. In this post, I’d like to introduce the new DLC called “Rally Adventure.” First, let me introduce this game briefly.

What is Forza Horizon 5?

Forza Horizon 5 is an open-world racing video game developed by Playground Games and published by Xbox Game Studios. It is the fifth installment in the Forza Horizon series and was released in November of 2021 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.

The game is set in a fictionalized representation of Mexico, where players can explore a vast open world and participate in various racing events, such as street racing, off-road racing, and drag racing.

Forza Horizon 5 features a dynamic weather system and day-night cycle, which affect the driving conditions and add an extra layer of challenge to the gameplay.

Players can customize and upgrade their cars with various parts and paint jobs and compete against other players in online multiplayer modes. The game also includes a story mode, where players take on the role of a festival organizer and plan events to attract more visitors to their festival.

What’s included in Forza Horizon 5’s latest DLC?

Forza Horizon 5 is expanding its horizons once again, this time with a new add-on called Rally Adventure. Set to launch on March 29, players on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC will experience a new career mode in the rugged terrain of Sierra Nueva, a collection of massive dust trails and deformable sand roads.

This new expansion promises to be a wild ride, challenging players to test their skills in the dirt and see if they have what it takes to become a rally champion.

According to developer Playground Games, the Rally Adventure expansion will also introduce ten new cars that players can collect and use to explore the vast terrain of Sierra Nueva.

Locations in the expansion include an abandoned quarry and an “entirely smashable” palm forest, adding even more excitement to the already thrilling gameplay. With new vehicles to add to your garage and a challenging new career mode to conquer, Forza Horizon 5 is shaping up to be one of the most exciting racing games of the year.

This is not the first expansion for Forza Horizon 5. Last year, the game received the Hot Wheels DLC, which turned the game into a toybox that players could explore with their hypercars.

The expansion added orange loop-de-loops and 1:1 scale toy cars to the game, as well as the ability to create custom tracks that added some physics-defying fun to the package. With the Rally Adventure expansion, players can expect even more exciting gameplay elements to test their skills and push them to the limit.

For those who prefer a more realistic driving experience, the next Forza Motorsport game is expected to release later this year. This new game promises to be a more authentic take on racing, with Microsoft slowly teasing details ahead of its launch.

Some of the features that have been revealed include realistic damage models, upgraded audio, and South Africa’s iconic Kyalami circuit cutting playable levels. With Forza Motorsport on the horizon, fans of the series have a lot to look forward to in the coming months.
