Like most people in the world, sultans are caused by a physical condition called pituitary gigantism. Sultan's unique growth and large body size are due to the condition, which results from the production of growth hormones.

The story is full of wonderful things, including giants who have amazed the world with their extraordinary size. Most of the world's greatest people, from the greatest man, Robert Wadlow, to the world's greatest man, Sultan Kapsen, suffer from conditions related to their skin hunger. Personality is highly enticed and receives the blessing of unique people like Robert Wadley who holds the Guinness world record for the tallest man at 27.2 meters high.

Robert Wadlow was only a few inches tall at the time of his death in Manistee. Today, you can clearly see where he stands with his life-giving statue on College Avenue.

Robert Pershing Wadlow (February 22, 1918 - July 15, 1940), also known as "Alton the Giant" or "The Giant of Illinois", was an American man with the ultimate evidence of the tallest man in recorded history. He is still the tallest man who ever made history by 1.80 meters and is 1.80 meters tall as confirmed by the Guinness Book of Records more than a hundred years old and 81 years after his death.

Despite his praise of elevation, Köhler led a miserable life. He died in 1940 at the age of 22 with infected blisters caused by improper metal. At the time of his death at the age of 22, he was 1.80 meters tall.

On February 21, 1940, the day before his final birthday, the newspaper reported his height of 30 feet, 9 inches. He was a shoe size 37aa, 18 1/2 inches tall, and weighed more than four pounds. But he had not yet finished growing and reached a height of 8 meters and 11 inches.

The tallest man in the world (since 2016) is Sultan K. Rosen, who weighed 251 cm on February 9, 2011, according to the Guinness World Record.

Morteza Mehrzad is not only the greatest man in his country Iran, and he is the greatest Paralympian player. The world's largest man is said to be one of the 10-15 people in the world at least six feet [1.80 m] tall.

Wadlow holds the record for the largest hand at 12.75 inches from the wrist to the thigh of his middle finger. The shortest person on record is Nepal's Chandra Bahadur Dangi by 21.5 inches. It is 21.5 inches, and it is very short.
