In 1948, the English team introduced Manchester, a small test machine that was the first computer to make and maintain Neumann-based systems. The term "Baby Manchester," was an experimental computer that served as a precursor to Manchester Mark I.

In 1945, while the ENIAC team was still in its infancy, von Neumann produced a draft report on the formation of the group in the context of the global digital conservation program (EDVAC), which he did that year. The computer construction of EDVAC, which was considered by Neumann's report, was not completed until 1949. It was completed six years later, shortly after its builder left Moore School to build a computer.

The most remarkable early computer, while not surprisingly, was the first computer to use William Tube Memory (RAM) instead of cathode ray tubes. The name "Baby," was known in Manchester as a small test machine.

Some early electronic computers use decimal number systems, such as the Eniac and Harvard Mark 1, while others, such as the Atanasoff-Berry and Colossus Mark 2 computers used binary systems. Except for Berry's computer, all standard models could be edited and use punch cards, layers, strings, and switches to store programs in memory.

Except for others, including the Babbage mechanical motor and the National Accounting Machine that operated with a finger, all early digital calculators were electrically operated. That is, its basic components were small, electrically replaced, called relays. They act as the basic components of electronic computers, with vacuum tubes, valves, and moving parts to save electrons for efficient operation.

During the development of the first Electronicschanical computers, many of the technologies and concepts used today were developed. The Z3, which counts floating-point numbers, was the first digital computer-controlled system. The principles of modern computers were first proposed by Alan Turing in his seminar speech 41 Integrated Numbers in 1936.

Alan Turing developed a simple device he called the Universal Compute Machine, also known as the Universal Turing Machine. He pointed out that a machine that can calculate anything can issue commands that can be edited and saved on tape, which makes the machine more organized.

The basis for the belief in computer programming was laid by Alan Turing in his 1936 paper. In 1945 Turing joined the National Physical Laboratory and began developing technologies that could store programs on digital computers.

Alan Turing (1912-1954), one of the most important figures in the history of computer science in the 20th century, was a Cambridge mathematician who played a key role in teaching computers. In 1936, at the age of 23, he compiled a mathematical paper entitled Computable Numbers: Troubleshooting in which he described a concept computer called the Turing Machine, a simple information system that works in a series of instructions: read the details, write the results, and proceed to the next command. Turing's ideas were so influential that in the years that followed, many people regarded him as the father of modern computer technology and the equivalent of Babbage in the twentieth century.

Throughout the advent of computer science in the early 20th century, more and more scientists were trying to develop machines that could perform different types of calculations for a variety of purposes. However, it was not until 1936 that the theory of computing was introduced.

The first gear-driven calculator, the Schickard counting clock, was invented in 1623. A few years later, the famous scholar Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz developed calculators that could add, subtract, multiply and divide calculus, binary numbers, and many other important ideas in logic philosophy. It was a steam-powered calculator designed to solve a table of numbers, a logarithm table.

ABC design includes electronic computations, binary calculations, parallel processing, refurbishing capacitors, memory separators, and memory calculation functions. The founders of the binary were able to use the punch card system as the first electronic computer.
