Why One Piece is the best anime I have watched so far...

The story is based on pirates from all around the world, including the North Blue, East Blue, West Blue, South Blue and the Grand Line. All pirates set out and dream about setting out to sea, in search for the mysterious treasure, the One Piece. They also aspire to claim the title “the king of pirates”.

Problems, fights, battles, happiness, hopes, sadness and friendship pops up along the way.

The Mugiwara crew currently has a total of 10 members including Luffy. Who will be next to join?

I think Yamato will be the 11th member to join the straw hats. However, he will probably follow Momonoske and stay in Wano Land. So, the next possibility is either Carrot or Marco the Phoenix, both don’t seem to have any specific commitments and appear to be free to join the straw hats!

Each member has unique talents and skills that work perfectly with the crew altogether. The characters developments are astonishing, their skills are unimaginable.

The creator Eiichiro Oda of one piece has created one true masterpiece!

Those who have been watching the serie since they were younger were lucky to have watched an anime this amazing growing up. Unfortunately, this wasn’t me, growing up I didn’t watch anything this cool, but now at the age of 26 I am really excited to watch the serie every Sunday.

あなたが彼らを愛しているようにあなたを愛している誰かがいるとき、世界は決して同じではありません

The world will never be the same when there is someone who loves you as you love them

- Charlotte Chiffon, One Piece Cake Island

Why is One Piece that amazing?

1. The characters and script is interesting, curious, serious and amusing

2. The chapters are very imaginative and diverse, I have never seen an anime or film like One Piece; it’s unique

3. The characters skills develop so much, and the new fighting techniques leave you wanting to watch more

4. Watching it with my fiancé is the best thing ever; we always watch it together and look forward to watching it every Sunday! 😁❤️

5. One Piece teaches you how to see the positives in challenges and to never give up, with the right people by your side you can achieve anything you want!

6. The script has been perfectly written so that it can connect and relate to anybody watching. The serie will also open your eyes and give you a brief, but rich insight into Japanese culture and the hierarchy in the past.

7. It’s a great anime to learn Japanese! I’ve learnt a few words because of One Piece, and it will definitely come in handy during our trip to Japan.

8. The graphics and illustrations have improved significantly, the changes can be seen throughout the anime! The detail in each illustration is very strong and clear that it looks like an actual film. To get to that level in an anime, is impressive.

9. There are surprises. Not all the surprises are positive, but the serie is realistic and always manages to keep me on the edge of my seat 💺

10. I love the serie that much that I want a tattoo, I’m not sure yet what exactly I will get 😁. I just need to read the manga to learn more about it.

11. All the villains and the battles between them and the straw hats are intense. Especially in Whole Cake Island and the current Wano Land saga.

12. The sagas are all unique and creative. The sky island (Skypia), is a bit suffocating as it feels like they will never be able to return to the land but it was good and so much happens. Enies Lobby shows the crew altogether fighting for Robin, whilst simultaneously rebelling against the government. Thriller bark, is a strange one, I actually found it a bit scary but it was also a bit crazy as it was never ending. The summit war was full of sadness, hope and future. Ace’s and Whitebeard’s death has to be the worst and the most unexpected. I felt as though Whitebeard’s history was missing here and it would have been great for us to see more about him and his crew, in able to appreciate his character and team more. Also, number 2’s death was too tragic, I didn’t expect that at all 😭. The Dressrosa Saga shows huge influences from Spanish culture. Don Flamingo’s character has to be the worst villain so far in One Piece.

13. The music is beautiful, especially in the Wano Land saga. The songs are authentic and show more about Japanese culture, from the instruments to the lyrics. I love the Wano theme song, I find it very relaxing and positive.

I still need to finish Naruto and Jujutsu Kaisan, both are different but fascinating.

Are you a fan of One Piece as well? Who do you think will be the next member to join?
