New moon in Pisces

This lunar transit marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle. The water element influence will cause for this to be a moon that may be a little more emotionally charged than others. Manifestation and new beginnings related to the themes of spirituality, love, passion, creativity, and dreams will be prominent throughout this lunar cycle (Mar. 2-Apr. 1).

Mars and Venus enter Aquarius

Mars and Venus are both personal planets that affect us on a more conscious level in our day-to-day lives. Mars governs areas concerning will-power, instinct, and sex whereas Venus, happens to rule over physical aesthetic, love, and finances. The air element influence will give us the ability to pay extra attention to logic and perspective in the aforementioned areas. Mars and Venus moving into Aquarius symbolizes a general energy of freedom, innovation, and curiosity.

Mercury enters Pisces

Mercury is a personal planet with governance over communication and perspective. The water influence will bring in the ability to better understand and communicate our feelings. Mercury moving into Pisces symbolizes a general energy of passion, creativity, and connection.

Vesta enters Aquarius

Vesta is an asteroid that serves as an important placement in our natal charts. In astrology Vesta is generally associated with our internal drive, often referred to as the "sacred flame." Vesta moving into Aquarius symbolizes a general energy of humanitarianism, social interactions, and creating new innovative ways to achieve our goals.

Full moon in Virgo

This lunar transit marks the midpoint of the Pisces lunar cycle (Mar. 2-Apr. 1). The earth element influence will cause for this to be a moon that is a little less emotionally charged than others. Full moons typically harness the energies of release, clarity, and cultivation therefore, the Virgo full moon will bring enlightenment in these areas in relation to physical health, organization, and practicality.

Sun enters Aries

This solar transit marks the beginning of the Aries sun cycle (Mar. 20-Apr. 20). The fire element influence will cause for this to be a short season of action, motivation, passion, creativity, and achievement. Aries is the cardinal spring sign - meaning it starts up the spring season. This will also be a time where we will feel encouraged to put our best efforts forward when it comes to new projects, ideas, and connections.

Mercury enters Aries

As mentioned earlier, Mercury is a personal planet with governance over communication and perspective. The fire influence will bring in the ability to take action on the path to our intended success. Mercury moving into Aries symbolizes a general energy of initiative, confidence, independence, and determination.

The duration of time that we feel the energy of these transits is dependent upon each planet or asteroids' speed through the solar system. Some transits are felt more intensely than others depending on the aspects they make to other celestial bodies and also, your personal chart. (*March is one of two months this year that will be almost entirely rid of any planetary retrograde energy, make the most of it!)
